The staff was friendly, but organizing airport pickup was extremely confusing for them. The room is huge and the decor was very nice, looking exactly like the pictures.

I loved this hotel. It was in the hutongs an older part of Beijing we enjoyed walking through these streets we felt very safe. The staff at the hotel were great they helped us with ordering taxis and also with the free laundry they have a Chinese app so just need to ask the front desk staff to put the machines on for you. The breakfast had a great selection. Had no trouble with taxis dropping us at the hotel. The tour minibus was the only time they had to drop us at the end of the road as the streets are too narrow but it's only a short walk. Would defiantly stay at this hotel again there are many restaurants around the area.

The location couldn't have been better for us as visiting family who lived nearby. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very big with a great view of the city.

The hotel is located in a hutong, and taxis can also enter. Check in is smooth and the front desk staff can speak English, making communication very convenient. They also help us carry our luggage to our rooms during check-in 😊 By the way, they told us the breakfast time and laundry place. The breakfast was amazing, all of which were Chinese specialties. My favorite was dumplings, and I really enjoyed the taste. The front desk will enthusiastically recommend local cuisine and fun places for us. I am very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, it was cleaned very thoroughly, and the WiFi in the room was also very fast. I am very satisfied with this stay

Room was very clean, well furnished and equipped. Personel was helpful and very nice. They helped us to book one visit via WeChat. They also let us get to our room much before official check-in as we arrived in the morning. Hotel is located 10 minutes walking distance from metro station. The neighborhood is very nice. We recommend this place

I think the room deserve better review than those reviews in booking.com. We booked executive king room we think it is value for money for huge space to order food in at night after a tiring day at Great Wall. It is near u town mall which we love super clean and kid friendly about 5min walk. The staff are all really polite and will try their way to help u but it might be cuz we can speak simple Chinese. We also did not experience touts at lobby but seem like there are touts and they are targeting the non asians. Location of hotel is at the 3rd ring road where traffic is not too bad and we just didi everywhere! There is the cleaner auntie who clean our room at level 18 every day and her service was rly excellent! We also love the automated toilet and hair dryer which makes my hair look so good everyday when I go out.
