I had an incredibly wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very well maintained, the heater worked perfectly, and the shower had great water pressure, which made a big difference, especially during colder days. The kitchen area is absolutely lovely, decorated with murals and cards left by previous guests, which gives the place a very warm and personal atmosphere. Breakfast was traditional Chinese and absolutely delicious, and the coffee was surprisingly good as well. A special thank you to Zheng, who helped me from the beginning to the end of my stay. He assisted me with purchasing tickets for the places I wanted to visit and also with transportation, always being kind, patient, and extremely helpful. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

Everything was great. Super clean room, amazing staff. They were so welcoming. Delicious breakfast and no words about the afternoon tea - great! We felt cared. Their noodles are tasty. Complimentary drinks.

This is easily one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Love the design and the fact that they have put a lot of thought into the comfort of their guests. The staff are very sweet and helpful. Its location is great as well, I loved the neighbourhood, it’s full of good vibes. Overall a great experience.

Staff were exceptional, especially Alex. She helped found a phone I had lost on a taxi and was very friendly, fluent in English and responsive. The location, vibes and the coffee and cake cafe inside the building are amazing!

Amazing hutong with modern facilities and perfect location. Loved the people and will help you with everything. They even gave us a welcome plate with fruits and different small bites

Great hotel with an amazing breakfast and very friendly staff.

It is a wonderful, friendly hotel in the middle of a hutong filled with traditional houses. Centrally located walking distance from the subway but quiet location. The facilities are clean, well maintained and the underfloor heating was a lovely bonus for a winter trip. Very comfortable. The staff were all fantastic, friendly and helpful. It was a very personal and enjoyable experience. 100% recommended

A beautifully designed hotel, accompanied by thoughtful service and a fantastic location. The room was spacious and very comfortable. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, and would definitely come back. We had free breakfast at a restaurant next door, discounts on the restaurants, bar and cake shop that were located in the complex. Staff were helpful and kind. We had a free minibar which was lovely. It also smelled amazing throughout the hotel! The location was convenient, right next to Dongsi metro station and within walking distance of interesting areas to visit.

What I like most, is the friendliness of the staff. Always ready to help and give an advice. It is a simple and modest hotel. Not a luxury palace. But it has everything that is needed to make a stay great. The room is warm (it is winter now), the room is clean, the shower and toilet are clean and easy to use. Moreover it is in an excellent location. Near the main pedestrian street, near the National Art Museum (worth visiting), shops, restaurants, even vegetarian places, cafeterias. What I also noticed. The staff care, they now that a foreigners needs special direction to find a place. They are always smiling and helping. I highly recommend it,

Great location and right beside subway. Rooms and ensuite were similar to 4 star hotel although price did reflect that. Expensive even for the area

The PuXuan Hotel in Beijing exceeded all expectations. From the impeccable service to the attention to every detail, our stay was flawless. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and catered to, while the cleanliness and elegance of the rooms made it feel like a true sanctuary. I even forgot a personal item at the hotel, and they were incredibly helpful in arranging to post it to me in Shanghai. Every corner of the hotel was thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that was both luxurious and inviting. Highly recommend this beautiful place – it made our Beijing visit truly special!

I’ve stayed at many luxury five-star hotels around the world, but this one stands out as my absolute favorite. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful attention throughout our stay, everything was handled with care and sincerity. A particularly memorable moment was when the staff helped us carry our luggage to the taxi, waited patiently with us until it arrived, and waved us off with heartfelt goodbyes. It’s those small, thoughtful gestures that truly make a difference. Highly recommended, I can’t wait to return.

Breakfast was fantastic. Chinese and Western food. Cleanliness of the hotel. Responsive and courteous staff. Great location.
