The location is very good. Very central and easy to commute. The service provided by Ms. Yin Gaili was great, where she brought us food and helped us to fetch the utilities. She also made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. The laundry room also worked surprisingly well.

The room is superb, spacious and very clean. The bathroom is exceptional. Beautiful thick curtains which block the light well (helps with a good night sleep) and the room is sound proof, nice and quiet. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, most of them speak good English.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff, including the front desk personnel, the young and handsome leader were incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making me feel right at home. Their warm greetings, willingness to go the extra mile to assist, and ensuring my comfort during the stay were greatly appreciated. The hotel is about an hour away from Xianyang Airport, but they provide airport transfer services, which made the journey feel much easier and more reassuring for travelers like me. The location is excellent, close to Yongning Gate, the City Wall, as well as SKP, Times, and Yongning Mall, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel’s environment is elegant and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel, and next time I visit Xi’an, it will definitely be my first choice!

Great value for money.Located a 20 minute walk to the Muslim quarter.Lots of great restaurants and food trucks in the vicinity.Staff very attentive and helpful,despite the language barrier-Google translate is a must.There is a Kitty caffe at the reception,kids loved the cats (under 14 years old are not allowed in).Free coffee, tea and biscuits at the bar all day round+unlimited free laundry,which is not usual in hotels.Choice of five menues for breakfast (3 Western,2 Chinese)+fruit,yoghurt,drinks,which was ok for a good start of the day. Rooms are spacious with every day room service,all is very clean.Beds are quite big for Asian standards and we slept very good.Would definitelly come again,we loved HeSu hotel - thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The hotel has comfy rooms and a good breakfast. The laundry room is a much welcomed facility for longer trips to China. It’s relatively close to the Bell and Drum Towers and the older part of the city.

Central Location - Near to the Zhonglou subway and walking distance to Bell / Drum Tower, Huimin street etc. The room is just nice for 4 pax with comfortable beds. There is plenty of bottled water left at common areas for guests to take. The breakfast spread is same everyday but good variety. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restuarant besides the hotel serves good food too. The hotel is value for money.

We spent 4 days here with my family and also with a baby. The hotel staff was very friendly, they provided a baby crib as well. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is great and has a good price (58CNY/person). It was great that the hotel also provided washmachine and dryer free of charge. The hotel is situated cca 10 mins walk from the Drum Tower so that it has a good location as well. I recommend the hotel.

Really nice hostel near the bell and drum tower. It was very clean en the room was very beautiful. Breakfast was good and in the evening you can have 1 free drink in the bar across. The staff spoke English and were very friendly.

Location : Great. We got a room facing the Bell tower. The Drum tower can also be seen from the room. It is very nice to wake up and go to bed with a very nice view. It was only 10 minutes easy walk to the muslim quarters for street food. Staff : Friendly staff. Speaks enough english to communicate. Communication : Very good communication. We were given directions after the booking. And the hotel also provided a wechat number for direct messages should we have any issues to reach the hotel.

The room is sufficient for two and the exterior of the hotel similar to others in the area are stunning. Within walkable distance to the drum tower and Muslim quarters for food. Hotel is right outside the metro stop. I was a bit worried about the smoke smell in China, but there was no smoke smell during our stay.

The location of this place couldn’t be better. It’s located near the Drum Tower and the Bell Tower and the Muslim area is right across the street. In addition, there are two subway stations just a couple of hundred meters away, so getting everywhere in the city is easy from here. Also, there’s plenty of restaurants on the same street (the place right opposite to the hotel is superb!).
