Good location close to Bell, Drum towers and the Muslim quarter. Importantly with hotels in China it looks (and is named) the same as shown in the listing and can be found on Google maps and Amap The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable. There are shoe box sized security lockers at reception. There are washing machines and one drier available for free use.

Excellent location. I would say the best in the centre of the city. Very close to Bell and Drum towers, just 8-10 min walk. Round the corner is a Zhubashi street leading to Drum Tower full of restaurants and cafe. Very friendly stuff. This is probably the best feature of this hotel. Thanks to all of them. Breakfast is very good, both Western and Chinese.

Situated in a very relaxed part of town near the university, yet close enough to the hustle and bustle of the Drum Tower area. Staff were delightful, room and facilities the best we’ve experienced in China. Pool opening hours also ideal - some hotel pools close at 6pm, not leaving much time after return from an excursion

A good choice if you want to have easy acces from the railway station and also to get to the airport but at the same time visit by foot the Bell Tower, Drum Tower and the old town with the Muslim Quarter (Great Mosque). The hotel is not the newest but it is decent and clean. From the breakfast window you can see the Bell Tower.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with the friendly smile of the owner Liu. The hotel is just lovely. We were given a complimentary upgrade and our room did not disappoint. The shower was the best we experienced in China. The location was excellent inside the old city wall and a nice walk away from the Drum Tower. Breakfast was great each morning prepared by Liu and the jam was yummy. We loved the hotel and had a wonderful two nights as our base for our amazing trip to the Terra Cotta Warriors.

Beautifully designed hotel, rooms are big and impecably clean. They even have a small convenience shop connected to the hotel. Nearby are two malls, one of them is high end luxury and in front you have a mid range mall. Bell and Drum tower are 5-7 minutes by taxi. I am recommending my friends to stay in this hotel.

The hotel has comfy rooms and a good breakfast. The laundry room is a much welcomed facility for longer trips to China. It’s relatively close to the Bell and Drum Towers and the older part of the city.

The room is sufficient for two and the exterior of the hotel similar to others in the area are stunning. Within walkable distance to the drum tower and Muslim quarters for food. Hotel is right outside the metro stop. I was a bit worried about the smoke smell in China, but there was no smoke smell during our stay.
