I found this place on Booking.com and this was my first trip for China. Obviously, I was a little bit scared you know every US and European films shows China as bad. So I had a lot of thoughts before I visit. But I have to admit, China is a very nice country and the people was so nice. I can only recommend this hotel because the employers helped me in every case and question. They were so helpful about everything. I asked them about hundred questions like where can I change money?, How to go to Great Wall and they answered me patiently. So I am very thankful and just enjoy this hotel. And at the end the location was very perfect for everything.

The location is just about 2 minutes walking to the famous wangfujing street, and it is also about 15 to 20 minutes walking to Tiananmen Square. There are a lot of restaurants in the near neighborhood. The room is big, clean, and comfortable, it is some kind of luxury, I love it. The people who work in the hotel are not only highly professional but also really nice, kind, and friendly, and they are ready to help the customers any time they need. Since I traveled from Switzerland to beijing, they organized to let me to check in earlier because I mentioned my feet ware painful, then I had to check out 3 days earlier as I had booked and I could not communicate with Booking.com by myself, the receptionist Ms. Megan offered to help me, and she negotiated with booking.com, and I was able to get the refund of 3 nights left. Then I had a fedex mail that arrived 5 days after I left the hotel, then Mr. Leon Luo in the hotel had orgnized to accept for me and then Mr. Mason had booked another carrier today to send my mail to my sister in Hunan, and I have just come back again yesterday in Switzerland. I want to say: thank you to all the staff in hotel, I want to give special thanks to Megan, Leon and Mason, I would for sure choose Hilton hotel again when I am back in Beijing, and also would put Hilton hotel as my priority choice if I travel to other cities too. So I highly recommend the Wangfujing Hilton hotel.

They helped me early check-in so I can. Put my luggage in my room and had more time for traveling.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, room is very good size with nice decor. Had some noise issue because construction work nearby but already been informed by the hotel when moved in so it's acceptable.

Quite area, very relaxed mood, almost felt like a homestay. The area felt very authentic.

Great beds and bathroom. Quite, we didn’t see many other guests. Had de pool, gym and sauna to ourselves when they opened at 9am
