Location, nature, style and attention

It’s our second time in this hotel. Just as the first time, the staff was friendly, wonderful and ready to help. The location was excellent close Camino Real were all the excitement is. We recommend to our friends and we will be back when we return to Salento

Great location, spacious rooms

Las instalaciones muy lindas, tranquilo y el personal amable

Wonderful hosts! Great breakfast and nice rooms!

Tranquilidad y relax con la maturaleza

The staffs friendliness and kindness

Sebastian was a great host. He helped us a lot to plan our days, even though it wasn't his job. Thanks to him, we could make the most of our stay and we managed to squeeze so many interesting activities into our however short stay there. Our room was also very beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed our stay in this ecohotel...I highly recommend it!

Diego is definition of hospitality. He is passionate to share his knowledge of surrounding area and flora. Serene/picturesque ranch belonging to Diego’s family for generations. Horse experience offered by the host is a MUST. Tammy and Rocco the dogs are well trained and friendly. Food was also tasty and reasonably priced. He can also arrange transportation. Coffee and tea are available

Very good price. Good breakfast (egg, cheese, butter, arepa, sweet bread, hot chocolate, café). Hot water with electric heater, so you can control the temperature by the water flow (lower flow - higher temperature). WiFi works. Views of the mountains.

The view is just breathtaking. The staff is super helpful with questions or even for planning activities. Everything was very clean as well.

The location is amazing and is near to the main street in Salento

Loved the view, the friendly staff, and the proximity to everything.

Absolutely incredible property! So beautiful, authentic and perfectly located. The breakfast was very good, make sure to try the pancakes, they were some of the best I ever had! Staff was very nice as well!

I really loved the jacuzzi, the included 30 minutes massage was so relaxing, me and my partner got an amazing experience in the hotel, Salento is a pretty good place to visit, and if I come back to Colombia, definitely I will return to Coclí, all the environment was amazing as the staff, and I really enjoyed all the time that I spent in Coclí, was a very intimate time with my partner, and I strongly recommend the author's cocktail

View, accommodations and staff cannot be beat! Amazing views that will take your breath away!

The owners and the staff were super nice and treated us like family. The views were amazing. We had the suite and the room was very spacious with a terrace with a fantastic view.. The property is rather new. We should not forget about Mechas, a very cute dog. We would come back to Canela.

Location, facilities and the staff was very atentive

Location was amazing, the views were out of this world! Milena was extremely nice and friendly. We loved everything about Hotel Isabel

The view, the breakfast, how clean it was and how good the water in the shower was.

Very close to town; great view to the valley and mountains; the hospitality of the hosts; the parking, which is a very scarce resource in Salento in high season and the coffee and agua-panela 🙂

Great location. Clean, pretty property. The staff was excellent, including letting us store our bikes for a night/2 days while we went and did an overnight hike trip in the valle de cócora.

Everything was perfect, we loved the hotel and the staff was very friendly.
