Location of the hotel is very good, staff is friendly and the breakfast is exceptional - very fresh and tasty. Rooms are freshly renovated and modern. Gym is well equipped and had good view and balcony.

A fantastic hotel in a great part of town. The hotel itself is great but the staff make the experience one to remember. The rooms are luxurious and stylish with super comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast in the brasserie is epic. I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful hotel!

The location was excellent for where I needed to be for work, and I felt safe. I didn't use the breakfast option as I didn't need to, but the room itself was very spacious and comfortable; it was perfect to come back after long days and nights of work. As a non-German speaker, the staff were excellent.

Cute room with plenty of space and great design. The hotel has an excellent location and the croissants for breakfast are a perfect start of the day (and their delicious smell fills the corridors to wake you up).

Perfect location right outside the U or S bahn, comfortable bed, and lots of nice touches such as mini bar, kettle, coffee and tea. The people there are lovely. Best place to stay in Hamburg in this price range!

The hotel has perfect location, it is within walking distance from all the main attractions. Our four bed family room was great, specious, quite and very comfortable. The hotel isn't new, but it is very well mainteined and perfectly clean. The employees were all very kind and friendly. All recommendations!!

The location of the hotel is perfect. The rooms are big enough, comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have used this hotel before and will definitely use it again when I travel to Hamburg.

Very comfortable hotel, we had a dog friendly room on the second floor with it’s own outside space. Underground car park has height limit of 2.1m which allowed us to park our car with roof box - a real bonus. 1200 checkout gave us the morning to explore before heading off

We have been at this hotel before. Nice rooms with a great size and everything you need. Located in the center of Hamburg or you can say a very short walk to everything. Breakfast buffet is great with many options to choose from. A perfect hotel for a great weekend trip.
