Good day The stuff so kind and helpful Clean nice Hotel quit

Location and quiet place to relax after a days work

Amazing value, kind staff, plenty of close parking spaces.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Mercure Hotel in Wiesbaden. My only issue was the size of the shower in the bathtub. It is quite small and makes it difficult to even turn around. Otherwise, all was great, and we would definitely stay in the Mercure Hotel during our next trip to Wiesbaden.

Pleasant apartment with guests safety in mind. Handrails throughout. Nice spa area with pool, sauna, and salt therapy. Other guests were quiet and respectful!

It’s clean, spacious rooms, good location and we loved the sauna. Great staff too

The hotel and attached golf course were excellent. Breakfast was very good as well. The entire staff were friendly and helpful.

Dog friendly and with a slight extra fee to let my (big) dog stay in the room with me! Breakfast is an add-on cost but well worth the small price (I ate salmon every morning 😀). Hiking biking trails directly behind the hotel. The ambiance of the place is old German cozy and there are old artifacts situated on and around the property to include a museum. It is situated directly off of a main road but also in the dense forest (feels like you are in nature there). Parking is always available for all size vehicles. I highly recommend this hotel if you love good food, nature and old-school charm.

I stayed for a week and enjoyed breakfast every day. It was the same every day, little imagination, and I would have liked non-pork cold cuts. But everything else was very nice.

Like nothing I've ever experienced before from a hotel. I'm pleasantly surprised. Nice quiet location with an antique furniture ambience.

I really liked the decor. I immediately felt a feeling of luxury and old world nostalgia.

Didn’t want to blame the hotel because I am assuming, based on past experiences with booking.com that messages are not passed on quickly so last minute are not fixed. I could not manage 21 o’clock check in and the alternative was relayed too late. (Wifi issues on train were a factor too, and a lost phone)

Friendly staff, clean rooms, location close to the old center

Breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect.

The location was great, very easy check in, check out. The hotel does not have connecting rooms, however they made sure that our group ( 2 adults 2 kids) had rooms next to each other in the quiet corner. Breakfast is same every day, but that did not bother us.

Bar service was great Breakfast had great selection and service

Connivence. Location, checking in was easy, staff was friendly.

I had a small and cozy single room with everything necessary, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the staff was always smiling a fulfilled all of my requests including keeping my luggage on the day of my check out, so I can enjoy Wiesbaden for a few more hours. The location was also perfect and in a walking distance/ short bus ride from all main attractions and the station.

Great location. Everything is close: supermarkets, reataurants, cafeterias, Catholic Church.

Accommodated two beds. Desk guy very helpful.

A comfortable room with everything I need, clean washroom and kitchen

The hotel manager was very accommodating. The hotel is no frills but an exceptional option if you just need a place to stay.
