Excellent location on the river side. Beautiful park around the hotel. Very quiet surrounding. Breakfast was good.

Great room. Large bedroom. 4 poster bed and nice furniture

Very nice location, great breakfast, spacious terrace, friendly staff

Quick check-in, clean, good place for one night.

Everything...great public transportation from hotel. Excellent Greek Restaurant on site! Wish we could've stayed longer

it’s a lovely, unpretentious place. i will return!

Central location - next to the Brühl's Terrace. Very pleasant quiet and clean room, comfortable beds. Kind and helpful staff. Good transport options. I can recommend it.

A well-designed setting. Despite the small space (which we knew about in advance) - everything is ergonomically very well organised. There is everything you need. A lot of nice and necessary little things. Clear description in the memo on the table. The building is old, but all the equipment (furniture, plumbing) is new and very clean. The host is friendly and quickly responds to all requests. Breakfast can be paid on the spot (we liked it too). And of course the beautiful view from the window!

Very helpful receptionist. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff and, I think, owner.

loved the area where hotel is placed full of old vilas easy access to the center by public transport

Nice old style hotel in a beautiful district with old villas and forrests and good food options nearby. Convenient connection to the city center with a direct tram line 11 (tram stop just next to the hotel, commute takes around 20-25mins).

The hotel was very well managed. The staff very friendly and ready to help. The hotel is in a nice residential part of the city and it is very calm. the tram station is quite near the hotel and it is easy to move to the city center. We highly recommend this hotel.

Is was very beautiful and quite place. Very very very clean room!! Thank you very much!

This is my second stay here!! Comfortable and nice setting with the green area out back. The beds are quite comfortable and the room is modern and equipped. Hotel staff friendly and helpful;)

Easy acces after reception had closed. Room was perfect and very clean

we always book a room at Hotel am Schwanenhaus, it is always 10 out of 10, but this time breakfast was 11

Huge room with unusual decor, comfy mattress and pillow, coffee machine. You also get a little discount for the show in Carte Blanche theatre, which is next door.

Clean and spacious room. Very good bathroom with a bathtub. Very quiet. Good bed.

This hotel has a outstanding ambiance and gives a great vintage feel They provide you a small token of gesture when you don't use housekeeping services.

Great location, easy to reach by car. Nice but old rooms, very clean. Very kind and helpful personnel. Nice swimming pool and spa. Glorious breakfast

It was like a 1 + 1 house you know, we were very comfortable, I didn’t expect it, frankly, I was shocked when I saw something like this. I like it very much

Great Hotel with a lovely interior design based on music & instruments thematic. Very convenient location near to the tram and bus stations, perfect breakfast with a great variety and welcoming staff.
