Really wonderful staff and service.

We loved our room - the very comfortable bed, the view, the little things like having an electric jug and fridge, the soft towels. We loved staying here too - the proximity to the train station, the cosy bar and the friendly and helpful staff.

Great location. A very comfortable public space with great coffee, and a cozy corner restaurant serving delicious brunch at reasonable prices. Guests staying at the hotel also receive a welcome drink and dining discounts.

The host was so warm, friendly, gregarious and entertaining! This place totally exceeded our expectations. The grounds are very stately looking, the whisky bar totally iconic and the rooms super clean and very comfortable. Absolutely excellent value and truly memorable!

I have room number 16 with lake view and balcony. That’s was great and the Location it’s very good. You can with a bus in 10min to city and with Sheep quickly in 15-20 min to other island Meersburg … that located near port. It’s clean Stuff are nett

This is our preferred hotel in Konstanz. The rooms are huge, staff friendly, and parking spacious and uncomplicated. Very good value for money.

The location, the staff and it was very clean.

The receptionist was so lovely and helpful. The room was great with all the facilities we like (kettle and fridge for.milk) Ideally placed for the nearby laundrette, supermarket and Konstanz city center. Plus it has a pub downstairs

The location is best! It's in the old centre with everything one needs close by. The lake is close by too. Location is 10 out of 10. I was not expecting, but when I arrived I got tickets for 2 days to travel by buses and trains in the area for free. And another surprise I got an update to my room. One more surprise I found a fully equipped kitchen in wardrobes.

It is beautiful hotel in an old villa, very tastefully decorated and with very comfortable beds and pillows. Unfortunately no breakfast is served during winter time, but each room has a coffee machine and water cattle. The location is perfect, it is on the lake shore, but the place is very peaceful and one sleeps excellently at night.

Elizabeth was exceptional - we had a problem before arrival and she sorted it all out... made us feel soooo welcome - we didn"t have enough time to enjoy everything at HARBR but you won't be disappointed
