The room and the hotel was more than perfectly clean. Room had everything needed, like tea, coffee, water. Prefect construction room with nice details. Car park was available in underground parking for free, Breakfast was magnificent. And Ulm is a nice city to visit and plenty of restaurant for a night out.

I thought that everything was magnificent. This was my first-time visiting Germany and I had so much fun. The food at your hotel was just stellar, fresh and very tasty as there were some dishes that I had never eaten before and I enjoyed them all. The hotel people were so nice and helpful with answering me and my colleagues questions and they provided guidance with calling a taxi service each day for our business meetings and provided great restaurant recommendations other than the hotel restaurant. Also, the room and the bed were very comfortable and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit the city of Ulm.

We received exceptional support throughout our stay. They assisted us with check-in, reservation changes, parking, and even helped carry our luggage. On our departure day, we were supposed to leave the room at 10:00 a.m., but they kindly allowed us to stay until 6:00 p.m., which was incredibly helpful for arranging our departure according to my work schedule. They also helped us with the door code, and everything was handled very quickly and efficiently. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, practical, and very accommodating.
