It's the second time I stay here and I can say that the staff is always as pleasant, an enormous kindness, very understanding people I can say that I always feel at home, you are an extraordinary team!

Room was comfortable, breakfast options were good.

We were late to the breakfast but the staff let us have the buffet :) That absolutely made my day!

Location is good and the view is nice with the harbord, wonderful hotell in old style. The people working there are serviceminded and kind.

The concept and the overall design. The bed was really conformtable and I really liked that you could chose between two different types of pillows. The artwork on the wall was really beautiful. The room is small but you don’t feel like constricted.

Stylish and modern hotel. Good location with nearby many restaurants.

The location was excellent for where I needed to be for work, and I felt safe. I didn't use the breakfast option as I didn't need to, but the room itself was very spacious and comfortable; it was perfect to come back after long days and nights of work. As a non-German speaker, the staff were excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was cozy and clean, everything was well thought out for a comfortable rest. A big plus is the hotel’s own underground parking. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Overall, everything was perfect, no problems at all. I would definitely come back and can highly recommend this place.

Location is perfect. The staff is amazing. All of them speak English. The breakfast was good enough.

Breakfast was one of the best ever. Working people from reception to restaurant were so kind and attentive. It was very clean. Room and space was different but I adjusted and found it okay.

The location was absolutely fantastic for using public transport and for exploring the local area. Sbahn train into Hamburg for the markets was really frequent and only a few stops. The local market was absolutely brilliant too, great lively area and any amount of food and bar options within meters of the hotel.

We came to see a concert and needed a quite hotel but not far from Reeperbahn - this is exactly what we needed. Small room but with a nice bed. No view - absolutely fine, not what I came for. Delicious breakfast! Best coffee! Friendly staff. Walking distance to the station, promenade and many more.

Excelent place for a weekend stay as a single person. Clean and comfortable rooms in very convenient location in the middle of reeperbahn.

It was clean, well equipped and so close to public transport. The staff was super friendly and let us in 2 hours prior checkin-time. Would go back anytime!!
