The concept and the overall design. The bed was really conformtable and I really liked that you could chose between two different types of pillows. The artwork on the wall was really beautiful. The room is small but you don’t feel like constricted.

We were late to the breakfast but the staff let us have the buffet :) That absolutely made my day!

The location was excellent for where I needed to be for work, and I felt safe. I didn't use the breakfast option as I didn't need to, but the room itself was very spacious and comfortable; it was perfect to come back after long days and nights of work. As a non-German speaker, the staff were excellent.

Location is good and the view is nice with the harbord, wonderful hotell in old style. The people working there are serviceminded and kind.

I liked everything about here. The room was very clean. The location is amazing. You can easily reach to s-bahn station with a lovely walk inside the planten un blumen. Hotel is particularly amazing because I asked for a small surprise for my girlfriend and they made a lovely setting in the room. I definitely will come back to here on my other trips to Hamburg.

A fantastic hotel in a great part of town. The hotel itself is great but the staff make the experience one to remember. The rooms are luxurious and stylish with super comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast in the brasserie is epic. I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful hotel!

The location of the hotel is perfect. The rooms are big enough, comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have used this hotel before and will definitely use it again when I travel to Hamburg.

This hotel is on the main street of St. Pauli, full of entertainment. Best place to stay when you want to go out and party in Hamburg.

We came to see a concert and needed a quite hotel but not far from Reeperbahn - this is exactly what we needed. Small room but with a nice bed. No view - absolutely fine, not what I came for. Delicious breakfast! Best coffee! Friendly staff. Walking distance to the station, promenade and many more.

PERFECT PLACE FOR MY STAY, LOCATION IS JUST RIGHT, WALK OR SCOOTER ANYWHERE I WANTED TO GO ROOMS CLEAN, NEAT AND COMFY. BATHROOMS GREAT AND SHOWER IS AMAZING SERVICE FRIENDLY, AND HASSLE FREE. I STAYED 2 NIGHTS, WEDS THURS, AND WASNT NOISY IN THE STREET. GOOD TEMPERATURE INSIDE, 24HR SHOPS AND ATM AND FOOD OUTSIDE. WIFI WORKS GOOD. PRICE IS GREAT ROOM 203 10/10 WILL STAY AGAIN. An excellent value for money stay in Hamburg.. Very friendly staff and nothing was missing for a comfortable one night stay. Everything was clean although the room wasn't spacious.. The metro station is a five minute walk away and the access to the harbor promenade is 10-15 minutes away. If you don't mind staying at the red light district, the place is highly recommended

Nothing to complain. It's really solid given that the price really is a good offer for hamburg. One extra point is for the location, which is absolutely perfect, if you want short ways to karolinenviertel and schanze. Also st. pauli is still just in walking distance.

Absolutely amazing budget hotel — we honestly couldn’t fault it! The guy at the front desk was absolutely brilliant and made us feel so welcome. He even knocked on our door to say goodbye when he finished his shift, which was such a lovely touch. The location is perfect too, right in the heart of the Reeperbahn. You really couldn’t get much more central! Would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again.
