Great location, nice view out of the windows

This is a lovely hotel and a great choice for visiting Jena. The view from our hotel room over Jena was lovely, the personal very friendly (we even had a little Christmas surprise brought to our room) and the fitness center is a dream.

Central location. Attentive friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, everything you need

On the 6th of December, a Nicolaus chocolate was in front of my door. I was amazed and was happy about it.

I was attracted by the location, in a residential area in front of the famous park an der Ilm which is a nice promenade to the city center. 20 to 30 minutes walk. The equipments are good (old style eighties in wood) and room is large. Bathroom with a bath. Excellent buffet for breakfast. Very good value for money.

Excellent pool, sauna area, and choice of saunas. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff were always very pleasant. We will definitely come back, but probably mid-week for a better price deal and a quieter time with fewer people.

The facilities are all exceptional. The hotel is an old house that is wonderfully renovated. Even though no breakfast is offered, there are plenty of cafés around town to go and enjoy something local. The dinner menu is superb and does not leave anything to be desired.

They went above and beyond to help us since we just arrived from a big international flight.

Clean and comfortable room. Especially nice was the free parking spot behind the house. Check in and check out was super easy. Location was quiet and close to the centre of the town.

The breakfast was very good. Much to chose from, everything was fresh and tasty. Hotel is situated in the nice green valley on the edge of Jena, there is a road in front of it, but it is not very noisy. There is beautiful garden where you can have a meal and beer, or just sit and relax. Hotel restaurant is great, preparing very tasty local cuisine food and their own beer. Staff was professional and friendly. Awesome stay I can really recommend.

Really nice place, quiet, clean and spacious. And if you are "Trainspotting" and you like trains, it's your dream place. Thanks also to reception, she have a natural friendliness that will make you feel welcome.

Breakfast was delicious. Also, the decoration of room and hotel is amazing.

Quiet large room, all what needed available, amazing breakfast (fruit salad handmade) and enough for Picknick at lunch for our hikes. Very friendly hosts with a lot of Tipps to find orchids and also having dinner.

Very modern, very clean, comfortable bed, good bathroom, parking directly in front of you room, charging stations for electrical Cars. Supermarket across the street.

Great guest Hotel well located close to Jena but not busy. Bus, Train, restaurant all around as close as 150 m. Hôtel Staff very helpful and punctual.

The hotel is located within the heart of the town Apolda in very calm place, with very comfortable rooms. Breakfast is excellent and the stuff very kind and helpful. You cant do anything wrong, if you choose it.
