Everything! What a lovely hotel, friendly staff, beautiful style and theme, excellent location in a massive park, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, right next to an S-Bahn station.

The worker on the reception (Majid) was very polite and respectable . The room was good cleaned .

Spa is excellent. Breakfast delicious. Room with river view super and very comfortable.

Brilliant position right near Hafencity underground train station - just a few stops to the main central station. About a hundred metres from a big modern shopping centre and a great selection of restaurants. We walked all over the city very easily. Not far from Miniature Wonderland and the harbour. Very clean and comfortable room. We wanted to extend our stay but the hotel was fully booked so it wasn't possible.

Staff were very friendly & helpful...can't beat the location...loved the pub & restaurant...

Very well located, pretty close to Westfield and Elbphilharmonie and downtown.

After reading the reviews I was a bit worried but it was a good stay after all. The room was spacious and relatively clean, location is a bit away from city centre but it was ideal for us, room is very basic but enough for a short stay, bonus for small fridge. There is no staff in the hotel but this wasn’t an issue to get in, there was no problem to park a car either. Hotel is located just next to the busy railway and it might be loud (operating 24h) and it could be an issue for some

Everything was very great, we arrived early around 10:00, and they gave us a room even though check-in was from 15:00, the room was very clean, warm and had a lot of space, the breakfast was very tasty and had a good selection.

The place was really nice and clean. The area where it's located was rather quiet and not far from the sightseeing parts. Highly recommend

I travel alone and with a limited budget. This hostel allowed me to stay in a safe and clean room, with a private bathroom (shower included) for a very low rate compared with other hostels or hotels in Hamburg. I have clean towels and a courtesy water bottle waiting for me! The hostel has a fully equipped kitchen where you have coffee for free and you can refill your water bottles with filtered water! Tables and cutlery are also at your disposal if you want to bring something to eat at the hostel. A nice terraza is also available!! :)
