The staff and facilities were fantastic. So much so that I was disappointed that I was traveling for work as I didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy the facilities and surroundings more. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and the food was beautiful and rooms very comfortable and quiet

We were surprised with an upgrade and the room was beautiful, large, comfortable, and luxurious. Wondeful breakfast

The staff were so friendly and very helpful<3

We left early on a Saturday morning so we couldn’t try the breakfast !! We would’ve loved too !!

The hotel's theme is really nice. The rooms are new and beautifully decorated. Bathrooms are great. The hotel is walking distance to train station. The breakfast was filling and delicious. I'd stay here again.

All is clean and tidy, stuff is professional.

The whole experience . Very friendly staff nothing too much trouble and excellent choice of food and drinks

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a perfect location right in the city centre. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

They were very helpful and gave me a late checkout.

Great location in the middle of all the activity in altstadt , came for the Euro 2024 was great experience , Great Fair price , nice room , Good Breakfest , clean , what can you ask more ?

It's very close to the city centre, the bistros and restaurants. Price performance is perfect. Breakfast is rich and good enough. This hotel is the best option for short stays. Staff is helpful and polite

Great location. Room was not very noisy at night even though it was above the bars. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Very comfy bed and pillows.

Great service, great location, large rooms old style hotel, we prefer this vibe over full of gadgets hotels, over hyper retro fake vibe we chose real vintage :) classic hotel.

Everything, like for real it’s WW2 building style I like it so much God bless Germany

The friendlyness of the host, the location, the breakfast

Good Location, Friendly Staff, Good value for money. Breakfast had a very good selection. I can only recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning

Thank you for the wonderful stay you gave me. A truly welcoming staff, from the reception to the breakfast staff. Excellent breakfast, delicious bacon, eggs and croissants accompanied by two smiling waiters. I will definitely come back. I don't remember the name of the wonderful girl at the reception who checked me in and bringing me the shower gel. Thank you very much you are extremely helpful, wonderful and professional in your work. from room 408 on 20/07/2025

The staff was super kind and helpful. My room was very confortable, with a nice bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast was the best part, with freshly prepared coffee, a broad variety of cheese and breads, yogurt, juices and even vegan options.

I liked everything! This hotel chain is so good that I canceled all my other bookings because I wanted to experience more of Ruby Hotels in different cities. Thank you to Ruby Luna for introducing me to Ruby Hotels. This is a one-of-a-kind experience. The staff is so friendly and welcoming; I want to highlight a few names from Ruby Luna: Lucas, Dominik, and Mary! You guys are rock stars. Thank you a ton! You made my stay memorable. Everything about this hotel is perfect.
