Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. The staff in every part of the hotel were very attentive and super friendly. I felt like i’m being pampered all the time.

I had a great stay here. The breakfast was really tasty and had a nice variety. The location made everything super easy — I could just walk everywhere, and public transport (tram, train, and bus) was right nearby. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a lovely experience — especially the breakfast!

Great sweet kind friendly staff, happy and always approachable. Excellent facility, great location, comfortable beds. Very clean, perfect setup rooms, smart tv, fast internet, very romantic and energetic place. Modern, yet has warm enchanting classical bavaria history feeling to it. Which i adored. Great owner Mr. Ludwig, we chatted.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the main station and 10 minutes from the city center. Very convenient. Very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Clean, close to main station, many restaurants around and yet doesn’t have “Central Station” vibe, it’s in a quite a nice neighbourhood.

I recently stayed at AdvaStay by King's in Munich, and I had a wonderful experience! The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The service was top-notch, and the room facilities were comfortable and well-equipped. I especially want to highlight the reception staff; the lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful, quick to assist, and genuinely kind. Her warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic stay. I highly recommend Advacity by King for anyone visiting Munich!

Everything is perfect. Place is near station and you can see everywhere by walking. You can use lufthansa bus from and to Airport which is cheaper than train. And bus station is at the back street of the Hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. They have free Coffee at the reception which is perfect. The room is enough for 2 People. And it was clean.

The location was wonderful!!!! The hotel is situated on a small silent street 2 minutes’ walk from the metro station that enables us to reach everywhere we want. The breakfast was very good with several different choices. It was tasty and rich. Our double room was very comfortable and clean. A special thanks to the personnel. A Russian speaking girl on the reception was so pretty and helped us a lot!!!! Many thanks for the lady from the kitchen that prepared us a take away breakfasts at the morning we left earlier to the airport! Thank you for making our vacation unforgettable!!!

The location, and of course the price

I stayed in a Single Room. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room matched the description perfectly - it was intended for one person, but there was enough space. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Public transport is located very close to the accommodation, with a direct connection from the airport. I would definitely recommend this place.

The best hotel in a great location, In the center and at the same time in a quiet, peaceful place, from where you can walk to and visit the most important places, including the charming historical center. I also want to mention how smiling, friendly, and attentive the staff there is.
