Great and friendly Staff. They could speak English very well mostly. In room no air-condition but I have got big fan and it was ok. Very nice breakfast. Very nice beer in hotel restaurant.

The Hotel very quickly responses on your e-mails and is very cooperative. As I was traveling to Dresden by car (it was a one-night business trip) and the reservation was made less than one week before my stay, it was a need to have a parking spot at the hotel. It is not free of charge (I was informed) but the Hotel agreed to leave my car for three hours after my check-out. Of course, the room, corridors and restaurant are clean and the personel is super nice. Additionaly I was given a nice gift at check out :) For people who are not travelling by car - tram and bus stops connecting to the city centre are less than 100m from the hotel.
