Beds and pillows very comfortable. Slept like a log! Silent! Clean! Fresh! Well equipped room. Nicely decorated. Effectieve climate control. Many tv channels and several in English. Casting built in. Reception staff super nice! Short walk to the central station and close enough to explore most of Hamburg by foot.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very well equipped, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to everything we needed and the harbor. A visit to the Baunei cost is a must. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden area and the adorable tortoises. The self-service laundry facilities were also very convenient during our stay.

The hotel has perfect location, it is within walking distance from all the main attractions. Our four bed family room was great, specious, quite and very comfortable. The hotel isn't new, but it is very well mainteined and perfectly clean. The employees were all very kind and friendly. All recommendations!!

Location and up market feel. Great bar and restaurant area. Bridge over to restaurant is a great addition.
