I had an absolutely wonderful stay and can honestly say that everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. The facilities were modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, providing both comfort and convenience at every turn. The location was another major highlight: perfectly situated, easily accessible, and ideal for exploring the surroundings. Considering what one can reasonably expect, this hotel truly delivers on all fronts and offers excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily return without hesitation.

Great visit.

Great visit. Clean, pleasant, good food, fun, safe, reasonably priced. Lovely gardens, charming little boats to ride on the lake, nice little shops. We loved being there at dusk as the lights came on, had a really good meal, good music throughout, fun people watching etc. Nice for families or couples, something for everyone.

Bring an umbrella or poncho, you can still enjoy the park in a light rain (and zero crowds). Food hall was wonderful, great choices for the whole family. I loved my Steak Frites from the French restaurant.

Buy tickets online to skip the queue. If you plan to ride a lot, get the unlimited ride pass — individual rides add up quickly. Keep an eye on the show schedule; Tivoli often hosts concerts, pantomime theatre, and light shows.

Full of children and fun, this is the centre of Copenhagen and you should not miss it. They manage to keep the children happy with the rollercosters and the more mature with the gardens. They have managed to have a bit of everything for everyone. The Saturday night light show was ok, maybe not for me however the live concert and singing was fantastic and kept the crowd on their feet. The night ended with fireworks and impressive. Was not my intention to visit however glad I did.

Very spacious, light, clean, quiet and a perfect central location within easy walk of the river, shops, restaurants, Tivoli gardens, museums, etc. It’s not the same apartment as in the photos on Booking.com but it’s just as nice (minus the wood panelling).

Copenhagen is an expensive city, so comparing the price here against other places, it was a good value. The room was small, but that's what you paid for. The hotel is close to the train station and Tivoli Gardens, and they have on-site bike rental, which is very nice and useful.

Excellent location, right next to Tivoli Gardens, and a beautifully designed luxury hotel. Rooms were very clean and presented to a high standard and the hotel foyer / reception area was visually stunning. The pool and sauna area was a lovely treat, clean with a heated pool, and not too busy. The staff were very friendly and really couldn't fault the stay.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to the Central station, the Metro and walking distance to some major attractions such as Tivoli Gardens The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices to suit everyone. If you like Thai food we recommend Pad Thai Takeaway. It is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It's mainly takeaway but has seating and we ate there regularly. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff are lovely people. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Tivoli Gardens is a place to spend even a whole day.

Tivoli Gardens is a place to spend even a whole day. If you want to avoid the crowds, go in in the afternoon, at least 2-3 hours before the start of the concert. The public transport is very reliable (if you get directions from google maps, even the schedule is perfectly held), however it is best to walk around the city (the major attractions are relatively near to each other, you see everything by foot for 3 days by walking around 7-8 km daily).
