The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. I had medicine that needed to be kept cool and they offered to keep it in their fridge. They kept our bags in a locked room before we could check in and provided free tea/coffee and fresh fruit while we waited. The hotel is located opposite the road from the main railway station. It is also the place where the DFDS ferry shuttle bus drops you off, so is super convenient. An excellent breakfast was provided. The bed was comfortable and, given the central city location, the room was surprisingly quiet.

Great visit.

Great visit. Clean, pleasant, good food, fun, safe, reasonably priced. Lovely gardens, charming little boats to ride on the lake, nice little shops. We loved being there at dusk as the lights came on, had a really good meal, good music throughout, fun people watching etc. Nice for families or couples, something for everyone.

Bring an umbrella or poncho, you can still enjoy the park in a light rain (and zero crowds). Food hall was wonderful, great choices for the whole family. I loved my Steak Frites from the French restaurant.

Buy tickets online to skip the queue. If you plan to ride a lot, get the unlimited ride pass — individual rides add up quickly. Keep an eye on the show schedule; Tivoli often hosts concerts, pantomime theatre, and light shows.

We went between Christmas and New Year.

We went between Christmas and New Year. The Christmas market was still there and it was amazing. It was the first time my husband and son were in Copenhagen and they love it just as much as i do. We're definitely going back!

Full of children and fun, this is the centre of Copenhagen...

Full of children and fun, this is the centre of Copenhagen and you should not miss it. They manage to keep the children happy with the rollercosters and the more mature with the gardens. They have managed to have a bit of everything for everyone. The Saturday night light show was ok, maybe not for me however the live concert and singing was fantastic and kept the crowd on their feet. The night ended with fireworks and impressive. Was not my intention to visit however glad I did.

beautiful and unique apartment with loads of space and all the facilities necessary. amazing location for views and easy access to central copenhagen and transport stops. great restaurants and shops and historic cites within easy walking distance including Tivoli Gardens. very clear and helpful instruction from the owners, very quick to reply to questions.

Hotel was modern, clean, welcoming and had a great breakfast. I wish we'd had time to use the swimming pool! Location was ideal, a few minutes from Central Station and easy walking distance to Tivoli gardens and main attractions.

Location is fantastic. It is very close to Central Statiin, Tivoli Gardens and meeting pojnt for tours to Hamnet/Sweden. Wonderful choice in a food court across the road. Staff at hotel are lovely, quaint old scool building with fabulous Library Bar and 100 year old lift.

The hotel has lots of character and is ideally situated to explore Copenhagen. The Tivoli gardens are only a short walk away. The car parking is very valuable. The receptionist was extremely helpful and booked us a good restaurant for the evening.

Busy hotel, about 10-15mins walk from main train station & Tivoli Gardens. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Bathrooms while miniscule has everything you need incl.amazingly scented toiletries. Breakfast buffet is amazing with good selection of food. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We kept our luggage there the whole day after check-out and sat in the lounge for some time in the evening and that was no problem.
