The hotel is Properly Situated in Cairo Town, The hotel staff is very friendly and Welcoming. They were very helpful in assisting me with my inquiries.

Very little. Breakfast was pleasant. The receptionist was very apologetic and accommodating, and readily agreed to refund our unused room charge when we checked out after the first night.

Clean, well located, perfect to explore the traditional part of Cairo. But the highlight is really the staff: Miss Amal went above and beyond to help me whilst I faced serious issues with a delayed luggage. Her kindness and dedication were instrumental in ensuring I had a good continuation of my stay. This is a rare asset for any hotel. Thank you so much!
