It was an awesome gateway after a very poor hotel in the Giza area. The rooms were clean, the food was good. The pool was small but enjoyable still. Big thanks to the reception guy Mohy for upgrading our room with a Nile-view option one and letting us checkin earlier. I definitely recommend this hotel!

All the stuff was polite, nice and friendly helpful

My stay at The Nile – Ritz-Carlton in Cairo was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff set a completely different standard for hospitality. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help—often anticipating our needs before we even had the chance to mention them. It honestly felt like they could read our minds (in the best way possible!). The hotel itself exceeded every expectation. Our room was spacious, spotless, and even better than what was promised at the time of booking. Every detail was thoughtfully maintained, creating a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the Nile—it’s something you never really get used to, no matter how many times you look out. Whether it was morning or evening, the scenery was simply stunning. The food was another standout. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Dining at the hotel was consistently a great experience. Overall, this stay went above and beyond in every way. It’s rare to find a place that not only delivers on its promises but surpasses them so effortlessly. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo.

Friendly teen, comfortable stay

The welcome was very warm, and Mahmoud and Mostafa truly did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The view over the Nile is absolutely stunning and made our experience even more special. Overall, it’s a beautiful place and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Mohammed at reception took excellent care of me and made me feel at home. Beds are soft. Quiet at night. Good food nearby.

The mattress was really comfortable, and also I found the room quite spacious. Location was also good, within walking distance to the downtown.
