Hotels near Porto Cairo Mall, Burg el-Ḥudûd

The staff is very nice, especially Mr. Abdelnasar.

Facilities and activities in the hotel is amazing , staff lovely, support , polite and very helpful I enjoyed my stay in the hotel

The staff are excellent, particularly at the pool bar, Remoon is super friendly and customer service is top notch. The shisha is great and the staff member for this is so attentive but never intrusive. The meals in the restaurants I tried were all good and priced reasonably. Although this hotel is far from main attractions, it was easy to book a car for the day through the concierge. We attempted to start our trip in Giza but on arrival there made the decision to stay further out and travel in. If you require good standards and peace during your holiday, I recommend staying at this hotel.

Sparkling New Gem with a Warm Welcome: A Review of Joel Plaza Aqua Park From the moment I stepped through the doors of the brand new Joel Plaza Aqua Park, I knew I was in for a treat. The air buzzed with that fresh, untouched feeling that only a truly new establishment can offer. Everything gleamed, from the polished floors to the stylish, modern décor. My experience was made even smoother by the incredibly accommodating staff. Arriving a bit earlier than the standard check-in time, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a willingness to help. To my delight, they were able to grant me an early check-in without any fuss, allowing me to settle in and unwind after my journey. This thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for a relaxing stay. Beyond the impressive facilities, the employees were genuinely very nice people. Every interaction, from the front desk to other hotel staff, was met with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to ensure my comfort. They were attentive without being intrusive and always ready with a helpful suggestion or a friendly smile. This level of genuine hospitality truly elevates the entire guest experience. While the hotel is brand new and still likely finding its feet in some minor aspects, the overall impression was overwhelmingly positive. The combination of pristine facilities and the exceptionally kind and helpful staff makes Joel Plaza Aqua Park a standout choice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and thoroughly enjoyable stay. I have no doubt that Joel Plaza Aqua Park will quickly become a favorite for travelers visiting the area.

Hospitality and room is big enough

They were close to the airport and Cairo festival city mall, the area was calm and classy, the AC was good, their egyptian breakfast was delicious and worth the price. The staff were nice and helpful and the service was world class.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and felt comfortable throughout our stay. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities to the security and convenient parking. The hotel offered great value for the price, and we were very happy with our experience. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again!

Room was very clean, location was perfect, facilities were very good. The room has a Smart TV and good AC, everything we asked for was done perfectly and on time. Habiba was very welcoming and this is definitely not my last time.

The lobby is modern and well-organized. The receptionists were cheerful, elegant, and respectable. I really can't emphasize enough on how they were respectful and professional at check-in. I utterly felt at home. The room "2004" was tranquil and spacious. It had all the amenities I needed such as: (high-speed broadband, minibar, etc.) The bathroom was spotlessly clean, towels were sanitized, heater, and it was equipped with a hair dryer. Practically, the hotel staff in general carried a bright smile disposition. I'm most definitely visiting them again. ;)

The staff are helpful, friendly and nice people. Comfortable bed. Clean room. I have complete toiletries provided. I love Maysara, she so lovely and help us a lot all the time.
