The customer experience was superb. The hotel facilities were also very good. The hotel also provided us with transfers to and from the venue of the conference. It was hospitality at its best. And the rooms are spacious and clean. they have a salon , a gymn and massage parlor. The responsiveness of the staff was also proactive and impressive.

Great breakfast, quality of bread and freshness can be improved. Location was Central and convenient

The location is just a few minutes away from the airport. Bole ( an upscale neighborhood) is also nearby. A smooth check-in experience helped. The staff is nice and the property is well taken care of and managed by wonderful ladies.

I would like to say the reception areas such a wonderful and friendly family give service it's been honored to be there thank you so much 😊 all good

Very clean, friendly staff, excellent facilities, exceptional breakfast

Not as expected, paid too much money for nothing literally, the only good thing about it i can tell it’s the staff they’re are very nice, friendly and helpful

The meet and greet was perfect. The driver was so welcoming. The receptionist was also charming and assisted professionally.

The staff was very friendly and hospitable! The hotel manager, Selam, was so helpful as I was booking (and she continued to be accommodating throughout my stay). Her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile is what solidified my choice to stay at the Abyssinia Renaissance. This was my first time in Ethiopia. My plane arrived on time, but my baggage took over 2 hours to retrieve. Dawit, my shuttle driver, was the first face I saw of the hotel staff as he waiting patiently for me at the airport, and he made me feel very welcomed to the country. He gave me a wonderful first impression of the Ethiopian people-- very kind, welcoming, and hospitable people. All of the staff appear to be trained to provide exceptional service to their guests. I felt like they genuinely appreciated me choosing to stay at their wonderful hotel! I also enjoyed the included breakfast! I loved the restaurant in the early mornings: very quiet, peaceful setting for enjoying a meal and/or a coffee while reading! They had a nice buffet and made omelets to order and also at times, they made special pancakes which I absolutely loved with coffee! One of the servers in the restaurant (I didn't get her name) knew I enjoyed the pancakes and if she was working, she'd make sure she brought some to me, which made me feel very special! :-) I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff were very friendly, especially one of them named Mehret. The gym, spa, personell and all Staff were fantastic.

The cleanness, comfort and the friendly staffs.

The facility was very clean and service at the facility was beyond my expectation and their pricing is fair.
