Operation Manager, Mr. Nabeiyou is outstanding, and he does whatever possible to keep the guest happy and make the stay comfortable. All staff I have come accross during my stay from bell boy, housekeeping, restaurant staffs etc to the vehicle driver were excellent in terms of attitude, very helpful and well mannered. Overall the employees are the backbone of the hotel. I don't remember their names to say in specific.
