Front desk people were very helpful especially the supervisor.

They are very nice. Staff. Good environment.and beautiful garden.

Everything, specially all staff are polite, kind, and always ready to serve. I particularly appreciated Chef Biniam for his excellent hospitality and for making our stay pleasant!

Excellent customer service. Location is very convenient Room is clean

The staff, location and cleanliness of the room were fantastic

The property is very clean staff are friendly even more than that like a family it feels like home away from home happy to come back again

I loved everything about this hotel! Staff included and the location as well! I will definitely be back and staying here every time I come to Ethiopia.

Booking.com seemed not to have included breakfast, so I never had breakfast at the hotel. The location was the best walking distance from UNECA compound

Operation Manager, Mr. Nabeiyou is outstanding, and he does whatever possible to keep the guest happy and make the stay comfortable. All staff I have come accross during my stay from bell boy, housekeeping, restaurant staffs etc to the vehicle driver were excellent in terms of attitude, very helpful and well mannered. Overall the employees are the backbone of the hotel. I don't remember their names to say in specific.

Excellent stay – far above what you would expect from a 3-star hotel I had a really pleasant stay at Vora Hotel Addis Ababa. For a three-star hotel, it definitely offers more than I expected. The staff were always friendly, helpful and attentive, and the housekeeping team was excellent as well. Everything was extremely clean and the whole hotel felt comfortable and well maintained. The hotel is still quite new, so naturally everything is in very good condition. The food was also good and overall there really wasn’t much to complain about. The only thing that could be improved is the gym. It is still a little small and the treadmills could be better, but I was told that they are already planning some changes and improvements, possibly even adding a sauna. If that happens, the facilities would easily be on the level of a good four-star hotel in my opinion. I’ve stayed at several other hotels around Kazanchis and central Addis Ababa over the years, and compared to those, thiswas easily one of the more pleasant experiences. Some of the other hotels in the area have unfortunately dropped quite a bit in quality over the years. Vora, on the other hand, really stood out for its cleanliness, and especially the friendliness of the staff. I will definitely will stay here again

This is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel, and there’s still a major problem: no Wi-Fi in the room!

The romm was clean, I liked the 5th floor room I stayed in, clean and peaceful ✌️ my room was right at the corner which was good for me because I needed some quite.

Transfer to and from the airport was included, leaving the luggage for a half day in the storage room was possible, breakfast with many options. Very good place

Location, cleanliness and friendly environment with the staff
