EXCELLENT LOCATION EXCELLENT STAFF

Exceptional location and staff

The staff was amazing, lobby, restaurant, and room were all gorgeous and the location is incredible. Upon checking in the staff accommodated an early check-in and really made us feel special for our anniversary with a room upgrade and complementary glass of champagne at the bar. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast being brought to our room at a specific time every morning was a game changer. We also were travelling with our 8 month old baby and they were very accommodating with a crib and unexpected room cleanings when our little one made some messes. Really impressed with this as, not every hotel is welcoming and friendly to babies and children.

location, staff very friendly and helpfull.

The hotel’s location was ideal, the staff helpful and supportive, and the rooms and facilities impeccably clean. The ambiance was inviting, and the attention to detail ensured a truly pleasant and memorable experience.

The room was very comfortable and luxurious. The location was just steps from the Champs Élysées.

Awesome location, awesome staff.

It was sooo clean, cute, comfortable, and had lots of room which is unusual in Paris from what we’ve experienced! The receptionists were so kind and accommodating and made our check in/out super easy. We could even store our bags which was huge for us in the midst of transferring to different places and tours. We loved our stay here!
