We loved Villa Florentine — the location is fantastic, and the view from the pool our absolute highlight. A beautiful place to relax, and to go wine and dine in the city.

The pool and restaurant were perfect in every way. We had children so the family room was comfortable and it was very helpful to have a few free bottles of water. All the staff were very kind and we had a really good time.

Loved the place! Amazing architecture from the medival times that has been preserved. The hotel is located in the heart of the old district, within a short walking distance to all historical landmarks. Quiet rooms with super comfortable beds. Every detail of the room's interior is thought through. Excellent breakfasts, very fresh and in French style. The staff is super friendly and service-oriented. My stay really exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room view was excellent, very clean and comfortable overall. What I didn’t expect was the level of service from all staff, but especially the concierge. Francois and Julien were the most excellent concierge I’ve ever come across. Will stay in Villa Maia again when I go back Lyon just for the concierge team.

Super location in the old town

This is a beautiful historical building sympathetically converted into a luxury hotel. Understated elegance and vey calm considering the hustle and bustle just outside its doors. Location couldn’t be more perfect.

The room was well equipped and very clean. The AC worked very well, which was much needed during the heatwave. Breakfast options were plentiful and varied. Staff were very friendly. Parking spaces.

Amazing space, nicely decorated, very comfortable, loved the terrasse area and the view
