The location is excellent. Everything you want to see in Old Town Rennes is very accessible. Also, The staff at the Italian restaurant a couple door down - Canti - were very helpful and friendly as well (great food!)

Very nice and frendly staff. The room I was in had a bathtub. That was a nice surprise. Buffet style breakfast. Simple but sufficient.

A beautiful location with stunning views of the sea and beach. Three separate rooms are available in the walk-out basement sharing a balcony. There's a nice path from the house to the beach that avoids roads. The whole house is brand new and the rooms are beautiful, modern, comfortable, and well appointed, but the best of this property is the owner who is so very kind, warm, and welcoming. Breakfasts were delicious and she always made sure we had what we needed. One night my daughter had a migraine so we were going to skip dinner, and a little while later, she came down with a tray of snacks so we wouldn't go hungry. Truly kind and generous. Would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend.
