Check in & check out staff very nice good communication could speak good English Room clean & very spacious Would like to have advantage out but we was only here late evening till early morning Would defo recommend this hotel very high standard only downside was the choice of food in the restaurant (travelling with a fussy eater)

I got a very small room which was very comfortable, with all necessary equipment. Hotel in situated in a very good part of the city, close in a walk distance to the old part of the city. The staff was very nice.

Amazing staff throughout the stay. The check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was especially patient and helpful when I had trouble understanding the key details. Danish at reception stood out for his friendliness and for providing clear, useful guidance about the city and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. Overall, it was a great value for money experience.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel was close to the tram station Le Tonkin.

Lovely little room, great air con, nice and quiet. Fabulous continental breakfast. Alll the staff were amazing. Special mention for the night manager who kept the front door open for me when I told the morning staff I would be back after midnight.
