I absolutely liked everything: the service staff, the breakfasts, the location and transportation, the bed and pillows are simply gorgeous, towels are changed every day, the room is cleaned every day. Everything is top notch!

It was a wonderful, pleasant stay :) Hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Location is also great: 2 metro stations are quite close (Exelmans is about 200-300 meters) and you can get to Eiffel Tower by walk across a river (about 3 km). The neighborhood is also nice. The hotel staff is nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great: the variety of dishes is not very big but everything was fresh and tasty - ideal for marathon runners :) I've also had some dinners in hotel restaurant and everything I've ordered was also wonderful. And the summer terrace is very cozy.

Excellent location, excellent food and very friendly staff

Staffs are nice and friendly. Room is clean. Nice location, easy to travel and buy something to eat. I was worried about the stairs. Actually, there is a lift you just need to bring the luggage up for few steps.

Quiet cozy place to stay for its affordable price. Small (normal for Paris) but clean functional room and free coffee available at the reception. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

We got welcome by LOU ANNE that we had some issue with the bags and she left us letter and help us and all i want to say that thank you for her because her smile and her great work will make us back to this place. Also great location and great value for money. We will be back

Everything was excellent! Staff was perfect and the location is more than great (between two metro stations) and a click away from all the attractions.

Receptionists were all very friendly. Walking distance to Seine and Eiffel tower. Comfy and clean rooms with view of the tip of Eiffel tower. Very good sound isolation. Lovely cafe downstairs. Great experience!

Anywhere you would like to go you are close either by foot or by metro,the location is great,it's full of restaurants and supermarkets in the area in case you need something.Loved the room and the view from our balcony was stunning.Had a coffee machine in the room so that made our mornings easier.The cleaning was done everyday.Room service lasted a little bit longer than it should be,but it was worth it,the steak was sooo good.
