Excellent breakfasts at the hotel! Moreover, I asked for special conditions (I have dietary restrictions) and the hotel staff accommodated my wishes and I was able to maintain all my food and diet preferences! great approach! I really like it. The hotel is well located in the center of Flume. There are several restaurants and pizzerias nearby, and a ski bus stop is 20 meters from the hotel entrance. Please note that the bus does not go to the Cros Voland, but only to Notre Dame de Belcombeau. This is not a problem, but I didn't know about it in advance. The hotel has a restaurant with good prices and service - the fondue and raclette are excellent. I really liked the option that you can always ask in advance and they will prepare something special for you that is not on the menu, and if you have dietary restrictions this is a fantastic level of service. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Made very welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. Amazingly helpful staff. Room spacious and clean with lovely terrace. tea and coffee in room. Bar with lovely outside area for the evening. Pool/hammam/jacuzzi so appreciated after a hard day biking.

First off the location of the hotel is perfectly centered and just a ~8 minute walk to Megève town centre, and far enough to not have any noise. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very simple but delicious. The bed was comfy as well as the pillows. Dinner came with unlimited dessert which was a surprise, much enjoyed. The bathroom was very neat and tidy. The head concierge Ben was very accommodating and made sure nothing wad short of our stay and wrote us an itinerary and recommendations, which was very helpful and made sure to give us multiple suggestions. The hotel is obviously on the pricer side and that is without the dinners, however i do believe you get what you pay for as the experience and place speaks for itself. The outdoor thermal pools were my favorite along with the outdoor sauna. We asked to be checked in early and all our requirements have been met.

Everything was exeptional. Is a wooden mountain chalet very cozy in the middle of full nature. Everyone feels like family, it's a wonderful atmosphere. Very friendly staf, good breakfast. As someone who enjoys riding motorcycles, I had booked a different hotel each night in a different town. If I hadn't booked and paid for the hotel for the next day, I would have wanted to stay another night.

Flocons de Sel was absolutely fantastic - stunning location, beautiful rooms and spa, delicious breakfast and wonderful staff. There is nothing we could fault - highly recommend.
