Made very welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. Amazingly helpful staff. Room spacious and clean with lovely terrace. tea and coffee in room. Bar with lovely outside area for the evening. Pool/hammam/jacuzzi so appreciated after a hard day biking.

Very kind and hospitable reception of our group. It might be a rather simple hotel, but everything is very pleasant: lots of care for the visitors, good food for dinner and a breakfast with sufficient choice. The hotel offers you a guarantee for a pleasant stay.

Excellent breakfasts at the hotel! Moreover, I asked for special conditions (I have dietary restrictions) and the hotel staff accommodated my wishes and I was able to maintain all my food and diet preferences! great approach! I really like it. The hotel is well located in the center of Flume. There are several restaurants and pizzerias nearby, and a ski bus stop is 20 meters from the hotel entrance. Please note that the bus does not go to the Cros Voland, but only to Notre Dame de Belcombeau. This is not a problem, but I didn't know about it in advance. The hotel has a restaurant with good prices and service - the fondue and raclette are excellent. I really liked the option that you can always ask in advance and they will prepare something special for you that is not on the menu, and if you have dietary restrictions this is a fantastic level of service. Loved this hotel due to the character of the build and the owners were outstanding and really made an effort and the food menu was very nice and tasty. Would stay there again!

Everything was exeptional. Is a wooden mountain chalet very cozy in the middle of full nature. Everyone feels like family, it's a wonderful atmosphere. Very friendly staf, good breakfast. As someone who enjoys riding motorcycles, I had booked a different hotel each night in a different town. If I hadn't booked and paid for the hotel for the next day, I would have wanted to stay another night.

This was a lovely little hotel in a lovely little French village. The staff were friendly and we had somewhere safe to park the motorcycles. The restaurant was delicious and the beds comfortable.

Amazing hosts. Bedrooms are beautiful. The Spa is great, we enjoyed the sun in the terrace after the sauna and the pool.

Flocons de Sel was absolutely fantastic - stunning location, beautiful rooms and spa, delicious breakfast and wonderful staff. There is nothing we could fault - highly recommend.
