Lovely welcoming staff. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Swimming pool is large and was never overcrowded. We stayed a week and had ample things to do during the day. Walks leave start from the accommodation however facilities and entertainment are all close by.

Beautiful area and excellent view from the balcony. You can always feel that it's a family business, they are always helpful and want you to have a great time there. The dinner was great and together with the live music it was a real experience.

Location is not in the main town but easily accessible by a free bus that runs all day. Closer than the main town to massif de Balme.

We had a fabulous time staying at chalet hotel les fermes de Pierre et Anna. It is in a beautiful, quiet location yet only minutes from the village with a good choice of restaurants and lovely atmosphere. The hotel was spotless and the family were very welcoming and helpful yet discreet. The rooms were generous sizes and there was a really lovely selection of fresh local breads, pastries and fruit at breakfast. We had a really lovely stay and would love to return.

Location was great, staff were very knowledgable and helpful, their recommendations for restaurants were spot on! Hotel was lovely, interiors were exactly like the photos. Our room was a great size for a family of 4, very comfortable and warm. My kids loved the pool area and we enjoyed the sauna. Other guests were kind and courteous. We loved being able to hire ski equipment directly from the hotel, the hotel organised our ski passes which was amazing and the free hotel shuttle was also fab.

Excellent breakfast and excellent dinner. Sauna and steam room are great. Staff so kind. Very close to ski lift. The best hotel in La Clusaz. Hotel Alpen Roc always will be our first choice hotel in La Clusaz.

Great central village location 5 min walk from both the Patinoire and Beauregard ski lifts. Right opposite the church. Friendly and helpful staff particularly Wendy on reception. Great food. Good half board option as eating out can get expensive. Small hotel which is also dog friendly.
