This place in the Old Town of Nice is simply a 10 out of 10! 🌟 We have stayed in Nice several times, but there is no more convenient or pleasant place than this one. The check-in instructions were clear and made the process of arrival, parking, and entering the hotel very easy. The welcome was extremely pleasant and hospitable. Our room was unique – very clean, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Without a doubt, we will choose this hotel every time we visit Nice! 💛

The hotel is 100 points out of 100 possible!!! The hotel is located in the center of old Nice. There are many restaurants nearby. If you arrive by car, there is a multi-level parking lot within a 3-minute walk! The beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are small, but stylish and very clean. The room has a small kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle and microwave. In case of early check-in or late check-out, you can leave your belongings in the hotel's luggage room! Which we took advantage of😀 The girl working at the reception -Maeva is just a miracle, tried to fulfill all our desires! She told me which restaurants you can dine in and what to visit in Nice! We will definitely come back!!!

Great location - close to the port, great restaurants and the main Nice beach. Old town is 10 minutes away by foot. The hotel is clean and cozy, AC works well. The street outside is very loud at night but you don't hear it.

Excellent location. 10mins walk to the waterfront, 15-20 walk to the train station, or even quicker to busses and trams. Room is a great size, and all amenities feel fresh and new.

Fantastic location for exploring all parts of Nice and easy public transport to Monte Carlo. Very walkable as flat. The apartment had everything we needed although we didn’t cook, too many excellent bars & restaurants nearby. The party goers didn’t disturb us either. It calmed down about midnight but if you’re a light sleeper, all you’ll need is ear plugs. The staff were fantastic - informative about the building and helpful. Having a real person at Reception was a real bonus. Washing machine/dryer & washing pods really helpful when travelling. The elevator was so welcome and although we were next to it, it didn’t disturb us at all. Would highly recommend!!
