I booked to stay here last minute after my travel plans were disrupted. The accommodation was in a beautiful converted barn in a garden across the road from the pub, and and the room was perfectly presented, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. I had dinner in the pub itself and sitting in the secluded flowery courtyard in the summer heat was wonderful. The food was delicious and excellent value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly and if the dinner was anything to go by, I was sad I had to leave before breakfast and miss it! I was kindly given some yoghurt, granola and fruit to take to my room instead. Would absolutely stay here again.

The staff at this establishment are first rate. From the moment of our arrival we felt welcome and it was obvious the staff take pride in their customer service.

Everything was perfect except the noise from the high street in my room. Restaurant was lovely, I entertained family there twice and the food was delicious. I will stay there again but in an upstairs room at the back.

Very comfortable and warm and right in the heart of town. Perfect location. Great atmosphere. Lots of nice seating areas and especially enjoyed the Norfolk Tap.

Lovely location and property well presented

Wonderful and supportive staff at a difficult time for us. The flat was perfect, with all facilities we could need, beds were comfortable.

Charming, well maintained heritage pub. Large room with a comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and pub had interesting books on local history. Breakfast at nearby Comestibles cafe was excellent.

The location is within walking distance of the friend I was visiting and therefore it was perfect for my needs. Cranleigh for those who don't know it, is the kind of small village in the south of England in which you expect to see Agatha Christie's Miss Marple or Hercule Poirot as you turn into each street.

A classic friendly run b&b, comfortable clean room, with a great breakfast, eat from the breakfast bar as well as a choice off the menu freshly prepared and cooked to perfection, set in the countryside, 15min drive to Arundel, really enjoyed our stay.

The room was so lovely and cosy, it was such a lovely place to stay after getting off a 24hr flight.

Breakfast was lovely but would be better if continental breakfast included cheese and ham instead of just jams. Staff especially friendly and helpful. Warm, cosy and quirky place. Would go again.

The room was lovely and spacious. The bed was huge and extremely comfy. Wonderful pillows. I had the duck for my evening meal, which was cooked to perfection and for breakfast (I'm not typically a breakfast person) I had possibly the best scrambled eggs ever.

From the girl that greeted me, to the rest of the whole stay, it was fantastic. The rooms are modern, clean & we'll stocked for bathroom goods, also great tea & coffee making facilities. This Pub/Hotel is right up there with the best that I've stayed in whilst on my travels around the UK & Ireland. I'll definitely be checking back in the next time I'm down that way. The food in the Bar/Restaurant was exceptional too...... It's a full 10/10 for me 👌👏👏
