Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely manager who straight away upgraded our room because we were early. We haven't experienced this type of friendliness and service for a long time so we were very impressed. Our room was huge with a king sized comfortable bed and great views overlooking the fields behind us. Nicely decorated and very clean and we could park our small van next to it. Breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and delicious. Once again cooked by the lovely manageress who's name I couldn't quite remember but something like Jellenia. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

Clean tidy nice size room. Signed up for IHG and got early check in. Clare was lovely on reception. Food we had pizza and vegetable Thai red curry. Which was excellent. Quiet. Just what was needed.

We went for a 4-day London city break and we discovered this perfect location when it comes to value for money accommodation. Everything was perfect, the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was what we needed for a family of 4 (there was a large bed and a sofa), the room and the hotel was very clean, good wifi, quite good breakfast, there is a big parking place but we didn't need it, the train is at 10 min walk (there is a 30min trip to London Bridge station), and all this for less than a third that we would have paid for any hotel we found in central London (this obviously depends on the time of year you make the reservation, we booked only 3 weeks in advance for this trip). I totally recommend it!

What a find this hotel was. We were at an event in Cyclopark which is 5 minutes away by car. The staff are definitely the friendliest and most helpful you will find anywhere. The room was excellent and the food was top notch. We will certainly book again for our next trip to Cyclopark.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel just five minutes from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for trips into London. Despite being so close to the city, the hotel is located in a peaceful village, which made it the perfect escape after a busy day. There are two cozy cafés just across the road, ideal for breakfast or a quiet coffee in the morning. In the evenings, there’s surprisingly plenty of nightlife around—bars and pubs with a good vibe, but nothing too loud or disruptive. The location strikes a great balance between city access and village charm. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet base near London!

This was an enjoyable place to stop on the way to Dover. We would definitely stop there again unfortunately they had a large party on that night but still enjoyed the stay, only negative was the parking
