Clean tidy nice size room. Signed up for IHG and got early check in. Clare was lovely on reception. Food we had pizza and vegetable Thai red curry. Which was excellent. Quiet. Just what was needed.

This was an enjoyable place to stop on the way to Dover. We would definitely stop there again unfortunately they had a large party on that night but still enjoyed the stay, only negative was the parking

Energetic, Take care, and Willing. She takes excellent care of guests staying at Hampton by Hilton Canterbury. She is considerate to my family. And she was willing to help us with arrangement the room booking that my family had previously requested from the hotel. My family and I were most impressed and admired by her. As always the staff are friendly, service is utmost on the agenda. The hotel is clean and the food good value for money.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely manager who straight away upgraded our room because we were early. We haven't experienced this type of friendliness and service for a long time so we were very impressed. Our room was huge with a king sized comfortable bed and great views overlooking the fields behind us. Nicely decorated and very clean and we could park our small van next to it. Breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and delicious. Once again cooked by the lovely manageress who's name I couldn't quite remember but something like Jellenia. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel
