Lovely friendly staff and lovely details to the attention

I arrived with my rescue dog Oskar from Thailand after 3 days of travel. Exhausted and soaked by rain we were greeted by a LOVELY receptionist (22nd Oct eve). She was super friendly and very informative about the dog facilities The following day, another staff member held Oskar so I could get food from the breakfast buffet. We very much appreciated this

They did an extra effort to make it extra Christmassy for the children: a bag of sweets for them in the room, a naughty elf hidden in the lobby, a huge Christmas tree…. This has been the perfect stop-over on our way back to the family for years.

The staff were very helpful and polite and generally seemed happy which made us feel very comfortable.

And she was willing to help us with arrangement the room booking that my family had previously requested from the hotel. My family and I were most impressed and admired by her.
