This is a lovely hotel. Very cosy and pretty. Lovely open fires, friendly staff and fabulous dinner. Really liked the rooms too - small doubles - fresh, comfortable, great bathrooms.

The peace and quiet village atmosphere with lovely friendly hoste hospitality yesterday. The smoke salmon at breakfast was simply exquisite.

A fabulous boutique hotel in Burnham Market , a lovely location to be based in North Norfolk. The room we had exceeded our expectations with great attention to detail in every way . The room we stayed in had its own steam room which was fabulous . We had our own courtyard garden with a hot tub and even a wood burner that we lit in the evening . It was just a shame we could only book it for one night as it was booked up but it was certainly worth it . There is a garden leading onto the chalet rooms which is so lovely with so many things to look at sculptures , pagodas , even hanging chandeliers and metal chairs , a lovely water feature . The staff were all so helpful and polite . Lydia the manager was a delight , very helpful , engaging and polite . This place was recommended by a friend and I would highly recommend a stay here . It won’t disappoint. We will certainly come back to this hotel . 👍

Excellent breakfast, lovely, cosy room, sea-side view, very calm. The hotel is not cheap but worth the price.

friendly staff, warm welcome and a great relaxed atmosphere. Very dog friendly too.

Great location, stylist and well presented property and room.

Beautiful hotel, fabulous food , staff and location.

The property was in a perfect location for exploring the area. The owners were easy to deal with and organising a table for us for dinner at the restaurant underneath the property. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property if you wish to stay in Wells-next-the-sea.

Very nicely presented room. Great copper bath.

We stayed for a night at the Coach and Horses for our anniversary and also had our meal at the restaurant. The hotel experience was amazing, the room was decorated amazingly as per request and our stay was very comfortable with the room being very clean and spacious. The meal and drinks we had were lovely. I would highly recommend staying here, the staff were very polite, professional and went above and beyond to make our time here as a couple feel very special.

It is a small very stylish hotel . Our room was very comfortable and and had lots of personal touches eg. the flask of milk for our morning tea , the tea cake . We had the MOST delicious meal at the hotel bar!! The young hotel staff were very welcoming in particular Anna who one can only describe as a service professional. I would highly recommend this gem of a hotel .
