The breakfast was amazing the bacon was the best, everything was delicious, although we asked If we could sit in one of the three empty booths after 9am , and was placed near the busy entrance, then 2 other people came and choose one of the three empty booths 🤔 would just of preferred to be sat out of the way!

Location was excellent for our stay! From check-in to check-out, staff were friendly, happy to deal with any enquiries. Rooms were comfortable, well equipped and AC was perfect!

Staff were so welcoming on arrival, couldn’t fault them, nothing was too much trouble. Room had everything we needed including a free non-alcoholic mini bar (lovely touch). Very comfy bed and everything was very clean. The added addition of having Gino’s Italian restaurant and sky bar on site was fantastic. After a long drive to Liverpool it was lovely to be able to have dinner on site and then relax in the sky bar watching the sunset afterwards. Highly recommend doing both. Hotel is in a great location, close to the docks and a 10minute walk to city centre, NCP capital carpark is just around the corner. Lots of little cafes and restaurants around too. We look forward to coming back to Liverpool soon and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again. 10/10 from us.
