Its worth visiting Erddig a few times throughout the year, lots of things to keep the kids entertained. lovely grounds to walk around and the social history of the building and outbuildings is very interesting. Many artifacts from the past. The staff here have a true passion for the place and love to share their knowledge

Goodness, everything!!! The place and surroundings were just wonderful. The welcome gifts were amazing, and Phil, the host was just a message away. Everything you could need was supplied, especially in the kitchen! I can't upload more than 4 pics! Even down to a slowcooker and dishwasher! Chirk castle and erddig (both national trust) were close by and well worth the trip! Highly recommend popping into the little village, where there is a baker, butcher, and little tea rooms.. we only found out on our last day!

Hotel is on main road outside Wrexham city limits. Large car park and dining room (made for functions?), but not many staying when we were there. Very well stocked bar. Choice of a la carte or more economical set menu. Good sized room. Very friendly staff. Convenient for visiting Wrexham, NT Erddig and other sites in the area.
