The hotel exceeded our expectations, great value for money, great design, great staff. The safety in London was generally a big concern for us, however, the hotel and its location felt safe. In terms of transportation, the hotel is really great for O2 arena via the cable lift. Also there is a grocery store just 2 min. away. Special thanks to the kind and friendly staff- Ibrahim and the Bulgarian housekeepers. 👏☺️ Overall, the fact that the hotel is just above the river was so fun, the rooftop is also a great place for morning coffee with beautiful views.

With views over Royal Victoria Dock, ibis London Excel-Docklands is less than a minute walk from the ExCeL exhibition centre and the Emirates Air Line cable car system that leads to the O2 Arena.

Hathim has been outstanding in his service. The room was wonderful, with a riverside view and a coffee machine — perfect for a stay during the fairs, 100% ideal for business. Breakfast was good, and although dinner options are limited, the choices are solid for an Ibis. Highly recommended for the value and quality offered. I am a loyal customer here and will continue to return.
