The whole place was lovely!! My first time in London, I did go with friends but was left to my self but I felt very safe in this hotel. Very clean and I cannot express this enough, the staff are absolute angels. The room had essential facilities such as hair dryers and kettle, milk and water ect, good working tv and comfy beds.

The room i stayed was really good. Comfy bed too to relax after a long day at the Excel Centre. View was also good too as you can look at the docks and buildings. Perfect for night time too. It was useful to have two keys, one to use to turn lights on or off before you head out for the day.

Everything about the ibis was amazing, such a lovely environment. The staff were so helpful and so welcoming, always made sure you were alright with your stay. If you want a comfortable night to dine at this is the place you should consider. The ibis is going to be my number 1 place from now on, such a great experience.
