Quirky, stylish and perfect location for The Bridge Theatre which was my reason for coming. Heated bathroom floor was a bonus!

Actual luxury and top service. Not shallow attempts to keep up with industry standards but widely OVER the standard for a hotel of this caliber. Plenty of small details from housekeeping that actually make you feel taken care of. I have never seen a better housekeeping service than the one here. The facilities are impressive and the rooms even more.

Everything was exceptional. This was my second experience. Awesome.

I had a deep bathtub in my room, which allowed me to take a bath twice after a lot of long walks in the city. I loved it. Also, the room was spacious and very clean, with complementary water. The hotel is at a short walking distance to Tower Hill station on the Circle Line and also very close to the Metropolitan Line (8-10 minutes) in the opposite direction. I wanted to make a reservation again on my way back from a visit in the North of England a week later, but the prices were too high. I'll check again next time!

The welcoming was excellent, and the check-in process was very fast. The rooftop open bar gives a nice view of tower bridge and London tower and can take super pics with these in the background.

I had a great experience staying at your hotel. Saved hours of commuting and got well rested for my meetings the next day. Room and shared facilities clean and convenient. Excellent accessibility via Tube and Buses to the City.

En-suite. Bathroom contained washing machine. Lots of space. Large bed.

The room is a bit small but adequate. Veryclose to Liverpool Street station hence ideal for somebody coming from EA.

Beautiful location so peaceful with lovely views of St Katherine’s dock from the bedroom, very close to lots of bars and great restaurants and site seeing. Staff very friendly and hotel clean. The free mini bar, good coffee and tea and our gift, a bottle of wine from the hotel were perfect. We will definitely come back .

The location was prima, the rooms were spacious and well equipped

Super friendly and helpful blonde lady helped me check in, and even when I arrived before check in time was super accommodating, got me a coffee and made me comfortable. Room was quiet and cosy with settings to adjust lighting. Slept like a baby. Location was 2 min walk from my office and the Tower of London. Great little breakfast. Would highly recommend for any type of London trip.

Awesome views across the river to Tower Bridge. Such a great location to explore this part of London. Very comfortable, large room with nice showers and bath.
