Location is perfect , 2 min across from London Bridge station which has great connections for everywhere . Warm comfortable , huge bedrooms , staff so friendly and welcoming . Lovely reception /bar area

We had originally booked a normal room with just the bedroom and toilet, yet when we checked in we'd been upgraded to a suite – which was a very nice surprise. The rooms were clean and staff amazing

Good location great front desk

I booked an executive room which I did not realise came with access to the executive lounge. That was a really great surprise! When we arrived though, the concierge opened the lounge for us to have breakfast (we could not check in yet) which we were very grateful for. I think the staff were the highlight, it was clear that people enjoyed working at the hotel and it showed in the way they interacted with the guests. Even observing the way managers and staff interacted, the positive culture was clear.

I had a great experience staying at your hotel. Saved hours of commuting and got well rested for my meetings the next day. Room and shared facilities clean and convenient. Excellent accessibility via Tube and Buses to the City.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Amazing breakfast and fully hi-tech and well equipped rooms. We stayed on the 10th floor and the view was amazing.

We loved our stay. Our room had its own bathroom, plenty of space and was beautifully furnished. After checking in, we were able to go in and out on our own at any time. There was a street food market nearby at lunchtime, a few places to eat in general and it was only a 20-minute walk to the Tower of London. We would always recommend it.

Brilliant location and very nice hotel

Very clean room in a great location. The room has a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. One of my favorite neighborhoods in London with lots of restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to staying again there!

Super friendly and helpful blonde lady helped me check in, and even when I arrived before check in time was super accommodating, got me a coffee and made me comfortable. Room was quiet and cosy with settings to adjust lighting. Slept like a baby. Location was 2 min walk from my office and the Tower of London. Great little breakfast. Would highly recommend for any type of London trip.

The standard room was large and very comfortable. The Novotel far exceeded my expectations! Kudos, Novotel!

We stayed for 2 nights; it was our son’s very first visit to UK. We enjoyed our stay and this hotel made it even better with its style. We liked the location, the bars and restaurants around the hotel, the proximity of Tower Bridge, the Tower, river Thamse. Staff was nice, and helpful.
