room is spotelessly clean. bathroom is spaceous and very clean. the staff are very helpful and kind. the waiters and bartenders at the restaruarnt are very nice too. when my sister didn't like her drink (she has a difficult taste) they replaced it gladly without making us pay. everyone is so nice. i definitely recommend.

Great location, close to tower hill tube! Very comfortable bed and very good breakfast! the hotel is located on a very quiet street, a few steps away from the subway, close to the tower hill dock, where we went to enjoy the sun and the fish and chips!

The aparthotel has amazing facilities and is situated in a lovely neighbourhood, with great transport links to the rest of Central London. Also, many many thanks to Abir (Wilde's receptionist) for being extremely helpful, supportive and always with a smile! Wilde Aldgate Tower Bridge will definitely be our go-to choice for future visits in London!

Beautiful location so peaceful with lovely views of St Katherine’s dock from the bedroom, very close to lots of bars and great restaurants and site seeing. Staff very friendly and hotel clean. The free mini bar, good coffee and tea and our gift, a bottle of wine from the hotel were perfect. We will definitely come back .

Very convenient and excellent location nicely tucked away but a couple minute walk to Tower Of London. The room was lovely and clean but the carpets could use a bit of TLC to make it feel super clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The standard room was large and very comfortable. The Novotel far exceeded my expectations! Kudos, Novotel!

The location was great. The facilities of the property was still relatively new. I also liked the kitchen and dishwasher machine in the room. All worked well.

Our room 4403 had a spectacular view of London, the bridge, the river, and the city. It was the most amazing view that we have ever seen. The staff were very professional and well trained; we can see that the Manager of the hotel is doing a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier with choosing this hotel.
