This was our 2nd visit we stayed last year. Very central for where we need to be. Also close to National Trust properties

Very welcoming, friendly staff, very helpful, loved the beer garden. Felt very relaxed.

Lovely welcome from Steve on reception. He was cheerful & friendly. Knew about the local area. We had a lovely trip on the river thanks to his knowledge. Allocated a better room when he knew it was our wedding anniversary. Also a free drink each! Dinner & breakfast were great. All staff friendly, polite & helpful. We were fortunate there was an event on Sunday, so we didn't have to travel anywhere for entertainment! We would definitely return here.
