Everything was absolutely sensational - definitely one of the best value hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was amazing!

Room was decently sized, cozy and welcoming for a good sleep. Only thing is that we may have one more light to increase light in room. Breakfast was great though its same everyday, but the taste and quality was great.

The simplicity, yet absolute comfort.

It was so good it’s hard to choose one! the location was amazing, the coffee machine on every floor was a life savior and the staff was really kind and helpful specially Nube and Pedro. Honorable mention to the toiletries, the shampoo, body wash and the conditioner i wish i could purchase them.

The hotel is gorgeous, luxurious and cozy at the same time. But the staff was the strongest feature of the hotel. Friendly, helpful and welcoming, we really felt at home. We want to thank everybody for making our stay so extraordinary.

It’s absolutely comfortable, probably one of my best stays in England so far. Staff are friendly and helpful. And the tram stop (St.Peters Square) is just less than a minute walk from the hotel, it’s very convenient to travel from and to the airport.

It was an amazing stay. They helped me with every need that I had and always with a smile on their faces. The staff is phenomenal. Breakfast was worrh every penny. I really enjoyed my stay there would recommend to everyone. And pretty clean too which is a key poubt for me.
