We had originally booked a normal room with just the bedroom and toilet, yet when we checked in we'd been upgraded to a suite – which was a very nice surprise. The rooms were clean and staff amazing

It was a nice room, clean, good location and the staff was very welcoming and it was okey to leave the lounge before check in. The breakfast was good.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Amazing breakfast and fully hi-tech and well equipped rooms. We stayed on the 10th floor and the view was amazing.

I loved the spacious room, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, tv, comfortable bed and modern hot shower. The hotel is so close to Whitechapel station, a huge Sainsbury's and many high street shops boasting many international cuisines. Cigdem at reception got me the best deal for my second night and generously extended my check out time. It's wonderful to walk into a hotel with such genuine caring assistance. I highly recommend Vilenza.

It was an excellent stay. Beds are super comfortable. The staff is super nice. Free cookies. Kids loved that and the popcorn. Location is great. Bus passes right in front to go to Downtown area (Big Ben, Westminster etc ). Safe nice area. Free boat shuttle to the other aide of the river! Close to the O2 Mall and concert place as well. Nice views. Really loved the hotel.

The value per cost ratio is amazing - good hotel, good amenities, very easily connected to everywhere in London from DLR station or bus, nice English breakfast, clean rooms, towels changed daily. Amazing staff, super helpful. Couldn't really ask for more

Brilliant location and very nice hotel

The location is a short walk to the DRL line, most convenient for travel anywhere in London and further afield. We stayed in an apartment that had a lounge and table and chairs. A fridge, toaster, electric jug along with cutlery, cups and plates were provided. And a sink with washing-up necessities. A breakfast of cereals, fruit, meats, salmon and pastries and bread is provided in a dining room. Gluten free food is provided also. The beds were comfortable and changed/or made each day. Excellent big white fluffy white towels, hand towels and bathmat are provided and changed as needed.

One of the nicest stays in London I’ve ever had. Absolutely perfect.
