Convenient location only few minutes walking to underground. Newly renovated with eclectic style. Very polite and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast and positive people!

The hotel satisfied all our needs, the breakfast was filling and the selection of juices was great. It had a nice cozy feeling and the reception was also great, they answered all our questions and helped us. Especially a worker by the name Violeta she really helped us and told us all the info about the city, how to reach the center of the city. Where to go to find interesting places and did an excellent job serving us at the food bar. Always met us with a smile and one of the nicest people we met in the whole city of London. Convenient location near Westfield shopping mall & train station

Very attentive personnel. Rooms were cleaned good. There's a quite goo restaurant where you can eat all day around. Menu is not lange, but portions are big and food really tasty. The underground station is very close to the hotel, so it was comfortable to travel to the city (it's about 40 mins to the center)

The staffs are very friendly and welcoming

Despite all the negative reviews, we chose this hotel to accommodate our 15-member group of young and old football fans. When you don't have exaggerated expectations, there's nothing to complain about. The accommodation was exactly as we imagined. But we didn't go there because of the accommodation rating on Booking. The authenticity of the place is simply priceless. The many restaurants of different types and nationalities that we visited locally, the amazing Guinness at the Engiens bar that we had every day, the English breakfast at the station restaurant or the Afghan cuisine! You simply won't find that in any Holiday Inn. And everyone was smiling at us and very friendly. You just need to get to know a lot of places and not judge them based on reviews or reviews. For getting to know a different London than the center around Big Ben, this place is absolutely ideal. I'll leave it up to everyone to take it in their own way.

Lisa and her husband made us very welcome. with the added bonus of a basket of fruit and cakes for the children. also thanks for allowing us to park the car longer

Was brilliant place to stay will definitely book again and be back close to Wembley stadium so highly recommend staff so friendly and helpful the bedroom was spotless clean every day changed bedsheets and towels highly recommended fridges for to keep your own food in

I was able to make an instant booking when my other arrangement was unsatisfactory.. welcomed by the owner and taken to corner bedroom with dual aspect window. There was even a fridge.

Nice location, as we went to the concert not far from the hotel. The reception guy was very friendly and helpful

Bus stop just outside (a few metres of walking) the pub, options for lunch & dinner, as well as a great place to wind down from exploring the city in the evenings. Comfortable bed, coffee machine at the rooms was a nice touch. Really clean and surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was not provided by the pub, however there was a cafe just a few metres from the place with delicious breakfast & good prices.
