Great hotel in the evening a very nice and cozy place to hang out and have a bear

The view from the balcony was great. You can see the city of Tbilisi from the palm of your hand. The Mtatsminda Park is not too far from the hotel where you can take the ride up. Breakfast was very tasty, it had a good selection and excellent coffee. The ladies working in the breakfast area are very friendly and good cooks. Giga the reception supervisor is at your service 24/7 and keeps the property under full control. If you have any questions you can ask him for directions or advice about Tbilisi, he will help you.

Everything about this hotel is phenomenal

The property is run by Irakli and is a beautiful boutique hotel. The location is close to Rustavelli avenue and Liberty Square. It's a steep walk up from these areas but Bolt and Yandex are easily available. The location has many options to dine and wine and is the main square of the city. Irakli, his brother Guga and his Dad all are super kind, friendly and nice folks. They made mine and my mum's stay so comfortable. The hotel also offers a very nice breakfast on the top floor. We had the double room with Balcony on the second floor which was a decent size with all standard room facilities available. The room was clean and comfortable. Irakli offers car rental and airport transfers. He has very nice comfortable cars (Subaru and Mitsubishi) and is a great option for going around Georgia. Since I don't drive, Irakli and his brother kindly showed us around all the spots in the country at very competitive prices. It was very comfortable for me and my mother and I would highly recommend it. They also gave great advice for souvenir shopping. There is a homely feeling to this hotel. Mum and I would order in dinner and have it on the terrace where Irakli and his friends would also share their lovely Georgian food (khinkali, bread and cheese) and homemade wine. We were made to feel at home and we will definitely go back to this property and meet Irakli and his family.

So friendly and good looking staff. New hotel with great view on the Kura river. New rooms, great breakfast. Right now is one of the best value/money hotels in Tbilisi.
