We had a studio and made breakfast ourselves, the small kitchenette had everything we needed, coffee machine, water boiler, cooking facilities, fridge, small freezer. A wonderful patio garden with table and four chairs where we had breakfast and also dried our swimming clothes and towels. Green and lots of flowers and beautiful ornaments. Air condition worked perfect. Very clean and tidy everywhere. The hotel has a wonderful rooftop terrace with great views over the bay, where we spent some time in the evenings, well furnished and beautiful nice and clean. It would have been lovely though if the hotel could serve breakfast and drinks on the terrace... The landlady and landlord where so nice and friendly and did everything they could to make our stay great. The hotel is ideally located near city center, the promenade and nice restaurants but still very quiet! 5 minutes walk to a small pebbled beach, beautiful water and not crowded at all (middle of August).

Very nice place. Staff of the hotel very nice & kind. Facilities were great. Being other side of island Sami to us felt like central to go here and there even.if was 54mins-1 hour drive . We were close around corner from Drosgayo caves & Melisani caves . Greek breakfast was good parking on property great. The beach bar opened till midnight to have drinks

Our 2nd time at Ionian Emerald. Love the location, from here you can easily take daytrips to beaches, other villages or rent a boat. And take a short walk along the coast to Sami. The staff are friendly, fast and always smiling. Perfect rooms and excellent food. Try the lobster pasta! And the orange cake! We will come back next year :)

Absolutely loved AntiSamos beach.

Absolutely loved AntiSamos beach. This beach made my holiday. The facilities were great. Comfy sunbeds and a great team either giving service to your sunbed or at the Acron restaurant. The water was perfect - blue and very clear. There were water sports at the far end of the beach if you wanted them.

Perfect location, 5 mins to Mellisani case and Drogarati cave. 25 mins to Myrtos beach. 10 mins to Antisamos Beach. In the centre of Sami, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Host Angela is fantastic. Plenty towels to change. Kitchenware including toaster, induction cooker, air fryer and kettle. Room is good sized. One large room is the size of 2 rooms. 2 bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable. Our room is facing the back so it's very quiet. Very reasonable price compared with others nearby. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend this lovely villa. Perfect peaceful location with stunning views of the mountains yet just a few minutes' drive to shops and restaurants in Sami. Clean and well equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Dimitris was a very helpful and welcoming host and gave excellent recommendations of places to eat and things to do. Easy scenic day trips to Asos, Fiskardo and Argostili.. Beautiful Antisamos beach a short drive away. We didn't want to leave!

We spent 1 night at the Melissani hotel in Sami, we had a wonderful warm welcome to this well situated hotel with a lovely roof terrace that has views over the harbour. Our room was well equipped with a full size fridge and plates, cutlery, cups and glasses and the air-con was really good. There is only a short walk to the harbour which has many restaurants. Also it it just a short drive to Antisamos beach.

A spacious immaculate apartment with everything we needed. The host was lovely providing all the relevant information, plus she recommended restaurants. Prior to leaving, she knocked on our door with a still warm home made cake. A very enjoyable stay plus Antisamos beach is wonderful.

The location was fab, walking distance to the port and a nice beach with paddle board and canoe hire. It is a short drive to Antisamos beach and the Melissani cave. The apartment has a spacious living area and a large balcony to relax on. There is an excellent coffee downstairs and a lovely bakery a 5 minute walk away.

It was a fine location with a great view . Sitting in the sun on the balcony as the sun went down was great. Nearby small beach and famous Antisamos beach only 10 min drive away. Close to the harbour, town and all the restaurants. Good kitchen well equipped. Roomy apartment.

We were really happy with our choice of the Sami Beach Hotel. Lovely family run place, always friendly, always smiling and made us feel incredibly welcome. Good breakfast selection, beachfront location. A pebbly beach but suited us as not a fan of sand everywhere. Good walking distance from Sami harbour and town with plenty restaurants. Good for boat excursions departing from Sami harbour. We visited Ithaca. 15mins drive from gorgeous Antisamos beach where we spent a couple days sunbathing and snorkelling.

The studio was very clean, comfortable, big bed, easy parking outside, sea & sunset view from the balcony, looked as in the pictures - we have no complaints. The owner was helpful with check in and left a bottle of wine & snacks for us. Easy to walk into Sami and short drive to Antisamos beach.

Great views, great location and great friendly staff! Spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay so much and would recommend marias to everyone! Just a 5 minute walk into Sami and a 10 minute drive to antisamos beach which is by far the best on the island in our opinion.

This is a really nice place with friendly hosts. The apartment is not too spacious but everything you need is there, it has a good balcony with a great view. The pool is beautiful and the garden is stunning. Sami is a cosy little town with lots of restaurants/shops and its location is very central so from there you can easily visit other parts of Kefalonia. Do not forget to visit Antisamos beach and the town of Assos, really fantastic!!
