Insanely beautiful location near the main beach. Maybe 7 minutes by foot. The pool is also very nice and the property itself is so beautiful I was tempted not to leave. There’s also a little convenience store 3 minutes away by foot and a really good bakery 10 minutes by car over the hill. This was one of the best hotel stays of my life I absolutely loved this place. Great value.

The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The view from the suite veranda was one of the best that i have seen. The room interior was modern and with all the needed amenities. Restaurant food was very delicious and staff very warm and welcoming. The Falassarna beach is one of the best beaches in Crete and it is 50m walking distance from the hotel. I would highly recommend Panorama hotel as one of the best hotels in Falassarna area for location, service and facilities.

Location is amazing- close to the port, the bus stop and to the beautiful promenade. Hotel has a beach access and it’s gorgeous! Beach bar and restaurant were also very good. The staff was the most friendly and helpful- and even made sure my requests were fulfilled last minute and during my visit. The room was spacious with an amazing beach view! I’ll def stay there again.

We loved everything, the staff is very friendly and willing to help you, the rooms are clean and if you’re looking for a place away from the bustling noise this hotel is your place. A small paradise

My mother celebrated her 60 birthday. They approved our early check-in, and my mom received a cake with a personalized note from the staff ! The staff were incredible ! Super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Everything was perfect. we loved the adults only section. The food was amazing. Never seen my mom so happy and carefree. We want to send our love to all the amazing staff : valentine at the reception, Ira that made us amazing drinks and was always so fun to chat with, the lovely staff at the spa reception and hair salon. Everyone really made our vacation a dream. Would love to go back.

Quite literally- The Most Amazing staff we’ve ever encountered. The hotel/ villas span on half a small, renovated village, giving an authentic, quiet vibe. The staff made our stay unforgettable. Spacious rooms, super comfy beds, great food (and cocktails). Spilia is a short drive from anywhere, and the staff will be happy to direct you to exactly where you need to be.

Amazing property with 360 open view from mountains to olive orchards to fields to ocean/beach. As close to the water as you can get in this area and many good restaurants nearby. Many many beaches nearby. Breakfast had enough that I was trying daily and tried local items like special olives, a kind of unusual jam, and fresh eggs, among many other things. I really liked the new and stylish aspect of the hotel and the outside entrance and balcony. The wardrobe was also very useful and their outside balcony drying rack was one of the best ones. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The parking is extremely easy and available always. there are outside stairs to the top floor but they opened the staff elevator for us to get our luggage up. The balcony was very large and the chairs very comfortable for me. Air conditioning works very well. It is very new all around. Check in and out was simple and fast. The best part is the view and the fresh air. It is basically nestled in a very natural area in an orchard area which is gorgeous! You can hear the ocean from your room. Would love to just stay on the balcony all day besides wasting and swimming and sleeping:))

Exceptional, everything was perfect

We recently stayed at Diamond Star Hotel and had a fantastic vacation! The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind and get a good night’s sleep. The hotel’s location is amazing—it’s situated away from the overly crowded, noisy tourist areas, offering a peaceful and serene environment while still being convenient. The swimming pool area was lovely, the kids enjoyed it very much and the staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and always helpful throughout our entire stay. They made us feel truly welcome!

Hotelul ofera ce promite.Conditiile de cazare si facilitatile sunt intr-adevar de 4 stele.Mobilierul este nou chiar daca in pozele de prezentare mobila din camera este veche si draperiile sunt demodate.In realitate camera arata bine, este spatioasa, patul este foarte confortabil, balconul este mare iar privelistea catre mare este superba.Totul este curat iar lenjeria de pat a fost schimbata o data la doua zile.Micul dejun ok, personalul foarte amabil. E o zona linistita, nu foarte aglomerata, intotdeauna sunt sezlonguri libere la piscina/mare. Sunt 2 lifturi care deservesc hotelul. Restaurante si statie de autobuz in apropiere.

This is a great mid-size family hotel in a perfect location..The hotel is a bit older (from 1985.or 1987), but it is absolutely spotless and everything is perfectly functional. You can tell that the staff takes good care of maintenance, and the cleaning was impeccable. I have arrived early, and I was offered to use the pool until my room was ready. I was planning to go to the beach, but the pool was a lovely surprise - pristine, deep and spacious enough for a proper swim, and set in a relaxing garden. The pool bar serves drinks and snacks, and there is also a private shower which may come in handy in case you need to spend some time waiting at the pool after check-out before heading off to the airport. My room as well as all common areas were perfectly clean, bed was new and comfortable, towels smelled fresh and overall it was apparent that cleaning is done properly here. I arrived by car, there are approx.5 parking spots on the premises, otherwise you can park in tne street (unrestricted). It appears that many guests arrive by bus, so there was always a parking spot available. A huge plus - very tasty breakfast, all was fresh, homemade pastries and jams, fresh orange juice, seating on a shaded terrace, definitely recommended! The hotel is a 20min drive from Falassarna beach, and the local beach of Mavros Molos is just across the road. Large supermarket in a short walking distance, and two nice restaurants right across the road. The hotel is in a quiet area, you won't hear traffic nor noise from tavernas in the evening. Peli is a great value for a very reasonable price, and I would definitely stay there again if I come back to Kissamos.

I had really pleasant time. Very nice hotel and very professional and kind hotel owners. The breakfast was delicious and the backyard with the pool was really nice to sit and relax. I would definitely visit again.

We stayed in Kissamos for the whole duration of our stay in Crete. It was the perfect area to stay in Create since it is much quieter than the other main cities and the hotel has an ample parking making it easy to find parking if you are renting a car. Our room was also spacious and had all the things we needed. Room and sheets were very clean. The hotel is also just off a beach and 5mins away from the main restaurants.
